I usually buy stuff at this store for proyects and jobs, I found out some tools that I got a month ago today were $100.oo cheaper

A gentleman named Matthew helped me buy the last 39.99 xmas tree in the store. He even carried to get a price check for me because he did not have a price gun with him. He then helped me with a decorated garland. Super sweet and helpful person!

From all the Queens Home Depot locations I have visited, this location has had the friendliest staff that I have encountered. Also they have good staffing. Most people have questions about products and it’s necessary to have workers around to answer questions.

Beyond excellent to insure I was satisfied search for what I wanted, gave me food advice and very very very very helpful.

Allyna and Nana: the type of employees all stores should have. Great communication, friendly, professional.

This location is a good one. Long lines FLY by!! The cashiers are great and friendly and actually like to help. I had a great experience and was not paid or know anyone who works here. 5 out of 5 stars definitely!!!

The Customer service is the worst , We had to deal With this lady Name Christina , A total Nutjob and unprofessional At Work and in her Field of Customer Service . I have Video evidence and already contacted And submitted a Survey , Thanks but I don’t recommend this Place To anyone specially for the contractors such as myself .

I asked for help in finding my door products and the staff took time to answer my questions.

I purchased a storm door with installation in June. Subcontractor rescheduled our appointments 3 times so I was absolutely done dealing with them. I went to HD with my proverbial guns armed and ready for a fight but Shanice and Rodrigo teamed up to investigate the matter, offered me alternative solutions and in the end, issued my refund as requested. As a Contractor, I am familiar with hiccups in the business but I believe HD needs to monitor their subcontractors better because now I'm going to a competitor to fulfill my current need. I will remain a customer because the location is convenient for me and because the staff is ON TOP OF THEIR GAME, but this experience shunned me away from their installation services. I will no longer jeapordize my reputation or business by trusting Home Depot to handle any installation services.

I write it to give a good feedback to Stefano I was trying to find the HDX interlocking organizer. After I couldn't find it on the shelf, I was trying to ask for assistance. I was going through few guys, one of them said that if it's not on the shelf then they don't have it and left quickly. Then I was looking at the app and I found 227 pieces in store. Then I found him again and I explained him that you should have it on the store, then the other guy next to him jumps and says that sometimes what's appear on the app is not accurate. So I explained her that it is 227 piece in stuck, not 2 or 3. Then I was able to convince the other guy to check a little deeper for for, so he start looking up the shelves randomly around the store, then he says that he couldn't find it. Since I'm buying a lot in home depot, I knew it's there. I try some other lady who directed me to Stefano. He was very professional, came with me the the shelf checked he's computer and knew right away whats going on he went straight to the shelf where all of the 227 was placed, went to bring the lift, it took him a little time to find it, so he came back to me ask me to hold on he's trying to find the lift.. he close the aisle took extra safety steps with helpers blocking the aisle from traffic, and did it all happy and willing to help, While he was helping me some other people try to get help by him and he just preform a well knowledge and assist them quickly. Really the most professional person I've experienced in home depot. I've been a shopping a lot in home depot for my self work and for the company I work for using home depot commercial card. Clean and literally everyone helped me I was in and out in seconds

Products are generally out of stock. Staff is rude and inconsiderate. They’re not willing to help at all and act as though you are bothering them when you ask for assistance. It’s almost as if they actively try to avoid helping customers.

I had a bad experience returning a product, with the cashier SAMMY (June 26, 5:10 pm) aggressive, rude, with the minimum attitude, they should not have people like that handling people. (send it to her house forever). some employees simply are not willing to work. Ask for Manager and I was not in the store! a disaster I think I will not return.! Big chains have disappeared .. Hopefully that doesn't happen with Home depot. They are making great strides for that.

The gentleman in the lighting department was able to provide excellent assistance concerning lighting repairs and tools required for the task. He also provided me with advice on lighting repair facilities in the city. My checkout experience was not the best. I have a Samsung customer loyalty app. If I use Home Depot, I would receive cashback for every transaction. Since she was unable to help me use this, I was forced to use my Chase card. I have my receipt. I just want to have this credited towards my purchases
