We shop at this Home Depot 2-3 times a month. The store is always clean. The employees appear ready to assist us and to answer our questions. During the summer months it is a "cool" place to do our shopping! In our part of California it gets easily close to 100 almost every day during the summer. The employees keep their workplace well-ventilated.

The best customer service is oiled have to be from David. He made sure I left the store with a working product. After returning something twice (manufacturer’s defect) he didn’t let me leave without fixing it. Thanks again David for always going above and beyond!!!

I am a USMC Vet upon cashing out the cashier scanned my items and spit out a total faster than I could pull my Military ID so he could enter the 10% military appreciation discount ,when I pulled it out and showed him he started that they are no longer going to accept a physical I’d and and will do it this time but not next I was like really kid ? Just hit the keys on the register and enter it And that’s exactly how it went down no greeting no thanks for shopping at Home Depot just a very cocky individual. Educate this person today before some else does

I want to let everyone know what great customer service my wife and I receive every time we go into our local Home Depot! Diana and Daniel are but two of this store’s staff and they both went over and above to help me in getting the best price for my purchases. Not only did Diana try to get me the best price, Daniel reached out to me the next day to check with me and provide more details about specific items and online sales that would help me in the future. To everyone reading this, go to our Los Banos Home Depot for all your purchases, from hardware, wood, appliances, bbq’s to lights, cleaning supplies and everything garden!!! And don’t forget to drop by customer service and say “Hi!” To Diana and Daniel.

I come here on a weekly basis and love the staff. They always point me to where I need to be. I would give at 5 stars if they had more to display and have on hand. Inventory tends to be off a little. But overall these guys do a great job.

They aren't just there to work. Most of these employees are actually friendly and seem to know what you need. Even if they can't help they will try their best to get you what they can. I have had a couple issues and they took care of me without hesitation. Even above and beyond at times. I'm lucky to have this store in my town. They are becoming part of my family.

One of the most helpful locations of all places I have been to. The employees genuinely want to help instead of all the others that act like they dont hear you and keep walking when you call for help.

On 05/08/21 11:46am I purchased (receipt code 74299) a few plants & other items for Mother's Day. on 05/11/21 I finally had time to do my banking, in doing banking I realized I was charged for qty 122 Poly Stakes (bin 131) instead of qty 12. I went into the store on 05/12/21 9:46am to explain mistake & get refund. I explained to Melissa that i was charged for qty 122 Poly Stakes instead of qty 12, cashier LaShall stepped in & said "why did you wait 4 days to come in" "if you had come in that same day there wouldn't be a problem". Then she continues to explain the inventory difference to Melissa, I interrupt & LaShall says with an attitude "listen i've been doing this for a VERY LONG TIME I know what I am doing, in other words shut up!! After much going back & forth I finally got a refund (receipt code 33612) I did ask to speak to a Supervisor (Denise) who apparently was in a meeting but yet was able to speak to the cashier Melissa.

It's the only store for miles and they try their best to get you in and out. Staff are very young and do not know much about the products they sale, although they will try to find someone.

My buying experience wasn't a problem. My issue is when i made 2 employees aware of a frantic lost kid , one replied "I know" and continued to just stand in place. I had to say a rude remark to get them to start moving and assist the kid. Retrain the employees better for these scenarios.

The store is generally good. Staff is sometimes difficult to find or not familiar with tools and their quality or use. Paint and cashier staff and staffing are always excellent.

When ever I need anything I just run to Home Depot and get what I need right away! If I can’t find something I need I just ask for help and they are right there to help . Once again thanks Home Depot

I received better service at the Los Banos Home Depot than I have at any of the other Home Depot’s where I use to live. The store was clean, employees very helpful and friendly, we were assisted in a timely manner by very professional employees.

Home Depot is the first place we think of, when we need to purchase something for one of our many projects. Whether buying paint, for the inside or outside of our home, everyone is so helpful and friendly. Also it helps the store is only 1 mile from our home.

Store mangers focus on keeping their profit margins rather than the customer

Clean store great staff. Careful with advertising my experience this morning was that the manager didn't want to hold up to it.when an item in the 50% area/spot you expect that otherwise if noted on the item.it wasn't the dollar amount it was the false advertising that irritated me and left the item.

Marina and James in Online Sales at the store were very helpful and kind. Marina went above and beyond and even called me after I left to give me an update on the status of my order. They did everything possible to make it right.

This has been my go to store for rebuilding my backyard from scratch. Each visit is always easier than the last. The workers are informative and quick on their feet. Valerie and Louis have helped me alot. Thanks guys!

I would like to see more sale and more selection.

Definitely would to see more individuals amongst staff with hands on experience in their respective specialties; there are a few but just not that many. Clean store would like to see better care if the plants in the gardening department especially during the summer
