I needed help with purchasing wood and I could not find any employees to help me, when I did find someone they were upset that they had to stop their conversation with other employees to help me. I bought over $1000 worth of wood and supplies. I went through the self checkout and just about finished scanning everything when an employee came over and told me that since I had more than 10 items, she had a scan my order. She voided my whole order and then started scanning everything. I had railing pickets that were bundled in 16 per bundle wrapped and I had 64 of them and she scanned each individual one and it took more than 15 minutes for her to scan 64 pickets. The girl would not take my word for the quantity of each item. Then when I left the store and I needed to load everything into my vehicle, they were employees that were standing against the building, watching me and refused to help me.

It was a excellent choice so easy to use! Very helpful for me! Thanks!

I went today 04/14/2023, very satisfied. I bought a freezer refrigerator, a washing machine, a dryer, and other articles, a vanity and two Glacier Bay toilets

We needed to purchase an over-the-counter microwave and walk out of the store with the unit - however, that is almost an impossibility, unless you are dealing with Melany and Coral. They both had a solution and we're so grateful for their professional assistance!!!

Always someone is ready to help in that Department.

It is a place that I usually visit frequently and see products for ideas to improve at home.

I've been shopping at this store for more than 20 years, practically since they opened here in Carolina, Puerto Rico, the employees are friendly and very professional, all the materials for the renovation I did to my house including all the tools where purchased at this store.

We need more marchandice . And this is not the only one basic thing are not in store . Also need more power tools . Not all the thks that are in the website are able for puerto rico. Need help on that.

Thanks to the great efforts of Jesus M and Christian who helped me get a product that was not in its place. They went above and beyond to satisfy my need and went far beyond what was expected.

This is the best managed Home Depot store I have been. There is always an employee able and willing to assist (in contrast with other Home Depot stores near my city) and the store is better organized. I live in San Juan and have 2 Home Depot closer to my home, and I would rather drive for an hour to come to Colobos than going the ones closer to me.

The area where the lamps are, might benefit from having hand wipes as moat of the items hace dust and dirt.

The cashier was above and beyond. She made sure my Dad knew that he could receive a military discount and assisted him in downloading the app, the hole nine yards. She was caring, happy to be there and everyone else was super friendly and also happy to be there.
