I've shopped at this store for years. Usually I have no complaint, but I ordered on line and it was the biggest mistake I've ever made. The girl at customer service was a nightmare.

Sarah was very helpful with my delivery when it didn't make it to my job suite she handled it and made it happen because of Sarah I made my deadlines she is amazing at her job. I have noticed that the store employees seam a lot more happier and confident lately I really appreciate as a customer. As a customer I have noticed that what I'm looking for they have instock no more sorry we are out that is huge foe me I really appreciate the changes that Sarah has made she is amazing for my Home Depot. Michelle was very helpful and knowledgeable about the entire store.She pointed me in the right direction also gave me some really good advice. It was a pleasure to deal with someone that really enjoys there job it was nice to see. Anna at the pro desk goes above and beyond every time always make sure that my orders are right and ready when I need them no time wasted she is always enjoyable to deal with. Dennis is a asset to the poor desk always friendly and helpful always at the top of his game

If you know EXACTLY what you want/need, and you know EXACTLY where in the store to hopefully find it- IF it's in stock- then by all means shop here. If you need assistance - good luck! Even if you try to call the store ahead of time to let them know you are coming- it won't help! Every employee tends to run and hide like cockroaches in sunlight! Not helpful at all. And if they see you struggling with your purchase - don't expect help to be offered either.

The tile section was incomplete - stocked with basic tiles but no matching bullnose or tapers. We waited, and waited, and then found a clerk who said he'd send someone to help us, so we waited some more, but no one ever showed. Even though we are shopping for kitchen counter, backsplash, and floor tiles, we left without buying anything. Lucas (manager) would benefit with some training on how to work with a frustrated customer - ie: how not to get personal. Miguel (cashier) was a pleasure to do business with.

This store is always a great place to come. The workers are polite, and very happy to help every body.. 3511 is the only one I come to even if I have to travel for a job, I stop here first..

The associates at the service desk are so nice and friendly able to answer any questions I had, they all had smiles on their faces and took care of me from the moment I walked into the store and I do appreciate that. The only downside to my visit was how hot it was in the store, it felt like their was no ac on and I would much prefer to not walk into a hotter store when it is already scorching outside. I do hope in the winter time there are heaters on so I am not cold when I am doing my shopping because I do enjoy this store but I want to be in a nice building that suits my needs.

Worst customer service ever. Would be a great location for a hardware store that knew what they were doing.

Home Depot generally has the products I need. customer services need improvement. To many employees point a finger or say we don't have that. Employees act as I was a burden for asking. Los Lunas has a limited number of hardware stores. Captive Market I shop because of localities

if you like self service this the store, customer service is lacking. Employees to busy visiting with each other.

Prices are much lower compared to other home improvement stores. Got the item I needed for almost half the price.

I really like this Home Depot, especially the garden spot. The plants I'm looking for are usually there and at a good price. Recently I also purchased a rug for my living room and LOVE IT! It is great quality and the price was the best I've ever found for a rug this size and this quality.

Los Lunas associates very polite from entering the store, and during the shopping period. I drive a little further just for the kindness at this store I live in Albuquerque but drive to Los Lunas

Very nice and helpful employees. Special thanks to Trey and Jessica, Assistant Manager. They worked well together and made sure all my questions were answered. They did not rush my buying experience and I felt like they appreciated my time and business.

We are very pleased with this store and are so glad that it's here in Los Lunas! This is our go-to store and we can easily find everything! Love the email receipt option at the end of each purchase and the ability to return items using the credit card we used!

Store is clean and majority of staff is helpful. Wish garden center employees were a little more knowledgeable and helpful (wanted to know price of item and was told to bring it to register but way too heavy for me to do that) and they don't know much about plants/flowers they carry but I am satisfied with this store overall.
