We needed a new microwave, so we went to Home Depot. I knew I needed a counter-top, so immediately went the kitchen section. There were several on display. We purchased on mid- size microwave at a good price.

Had what I needed, easy to find, good deals on tools

This home depot has the friendliest staff, and very consistent with carrying all the products that we use for our line of work!

The store is laid out well and clean. The employees I interacted with were helpful.

Customer service needs alot of improvement. Store cleanliness and accessibility is good, took about an hour to check out, not really sure why every time I go in self check out is the only one open. Big items are hard to scan on the self check out line. Customer service desk doesn't eveeven acknowledge you untill they are done with their entire to do list.

I love shopping at Home Depot. I always find what I need and at a great price. It is a fun place to shop. They have great Holiday gifts and something for everyone. I would recommend Home Depot to everyone.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by cashiers who are not busy at the moment. Searching for the tools I needed were easier than ever. I like how the tools are separated by brand. It makes everything so much easier to find. The store was hospital clean which is always important. It took me forever to get out. Only because, I wanted to buy everything I laid my eyes on haha.

I got what I needed. The associate told me exactly where to find the item.

Came to store on a Sunday. Didn't expect to be helped but I was greeted as I walked in and directed to where I needed to go. Paint dept associate helped me find what I was looking for. Had a 5 gal bucket of paint and after paying for it, the cashier called someone to help me load it. Waited about 5 minutes outside but he came promptly out and loaded it for me. Thanks Home Depot. Won't shop anywhere else for my home products.

I enjoy the help ,know the what i was asking about. I got right in and out in a good time and did not get upset cause i could not find some one to help or find the items.

I asked the cashier about a product & she looked it up on the Inet on her phone (I do not have a smart phone) & she told me all about the product & I appreciate her effort in helping me find just what I needed & wanted. Jessica is an asset to your store.

The store was somewhat clan, but more cluttered than normal. I asked three different associates for help, and they all told me to wait right here and help would be sent. But no help ever came. The website showed products available in THIS STORE, but we could not find them in the store, nor could we find help locating items in the store. There were not enough cashiers, and the wait to get out the door was extremely long. Just a miserable experience, which is not usually the case at this location.

The store temperature was comfortable, cool but not cold. I used a scooter and, in general, the isles were easy to navigate. Becky, at the Loop 289 store, was VERY helpful with selecting the most economical products for my project.

I shopped for a new gas grill and was very pleased and satisfied with the level of service, friendliness of the Home Depot associates and how easy/quick it was to complete my purchase. The front greeter contacted the right associate to assist with the grill I wanted (which was very easy to find), then two additional associates were there quickly to assist in prepping the grill for transport home in my SUV while I completed the purchase inside. Every person was friendly and happy to help. Customer service is definitely a factor when it comes to choosing where to shop! Earlier in the day I had shopped at the local WalMart for the same item. Two associates stood nearby for a good 15 minutes chatting with each other while I looked at grills. No one approached me to assist in any way. I decided I would check out Home Depot's selections next. Glad I did!

I needed some "T" fittings for an under sink RO water system and a 3/8" to 1/4" reducer. Home Depot had them on the shelf so I didn't need to go to a specialty store.

Great shelf stock on-hand, store associates literally around every corner ready to assist as needed. I never have problems at this store.

The young lady that helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable of what we were looking for. We were very pleased to see that there is still young people out there that really enjoy their jobs.

My wife & I went to H.D. to order patio doors. Found no one at Doors & Windows counter. 20 minutes later there is still no assistance, even after an associate volunteered to get someone to assist us. After complaining to customer service, associate sends us to Contractors desk. There are 15 or more people in front of us. We paid for lt. bulbs we had, and went to Lowe's. At Lowe's, Doors counter was unmanned, but within 3 minutes, a very skilled, knowledgeable associate showed up and provided us with excellent customer service. Needless to say, Lowe's will get our business. Home Depot, you still are very lacking in customer service. You assume that you don't need to provide full assistance until later in the day. We were at H.D. at 9:30 a.m. and you were not fully staffed. Couldn't even find a manager. Pitiful service.

Had a very nice visit, and found a couple of very good deals on some items I needed.

store was clean but selection of plants was pretty thin. friendly associates in the garden center.

We only shop at The Home Depot. Our son goes to the Kids Workshop every month and everyone is so kind. We have purchased a multitude of items from The Home Depot and every time we are there everyone is so helpful.

The store was clean, the men's bathroom was clean, the women's bathroom was nasty. We required the help from several associates and they were very knowledgeable and helpful and courteous.
