Week by week more and more cardboard displays block the aisles. It is very aggravating stumble over shoddy cardboard stands only to find nearly empty shelves in the tool box section

Great service at the return desk (Ginny) and in the Grill area. Returned a lawn mower I decided I did not need and ended up buying a new Traeger BBQ Grill. Lady who helped me at the return desk was very knowledgeable and had me on my way in just a few minutes. Young man who helped me in the Grill area was also very knowledgeable of the product and sold me on the good points of the Pro 34 Grill. 5 Star.

The store itself is fine but the customer service needs to rethink who they allow to interact with customers. Toni in customer service could use some work in her people skills.

Trace went above and beyond to help me find what I needed! That seems to be a rare quality these days. I spoke to the manager about him and he was friendly as well.

Ordered over the phone a washer and dryer for my son and daughter in law this week and a couple of years ago a washer and dryer for our home ...no complaints here ...very happy with Home Depot Thank you so much :)

My husband and I were looking for garbage disposals and not finding them A young man offered to help us find what we were searching for and Directed to them. We got one and were on our way. Quick service from start to finish

Fast and friendly service from an employee in the light bulb area . Didn’t get his name but I will definitely be shopping here again . Way better than the other home improvement stores!

I ordered a dryer from this Home Depot on December 17th. I arranged for my dryer to be delivered on December 28th because we went out of town for Christmas. I called on December 28th and was told that my dryer was on backorder and it would be delivered on December 31st. I called on December 31st and this time I was told that my dryer has been postponed until January 28th. There's no excuse for it to take that long to be delivered. And I'm moving in to a new apartment complex on January 29th and our new apartment comes with a washer and dryer. So I have to continue dealing with doing laundry at my current apartment complex's laundry room to dry my laundry because Home Depot couldn't deliver my dryer in a timely manner, so I had to cancel my order. This has been a HUGE nightmare!!!!!!!!!

I was at the store on Dec 22nd in the evening purchasing three small items, a light fixture and two tubes of Power Grab. I approached the self checkouts and saw a fellow customer standing very close to one of the registers not being used. I said "Excuse me, can you give me 6 ft of space?" He, aged late 30's, lunged towards me and was screaming at me for not being able to move away from the register. This was not the case as there was plenty of room to move to the exit doors and wait for his shopping partner to finishing checking out. He was not following any of the rules or wearing a mask or social distancing. It was a uncomfortable situation and I wish Home Depot would pay off duty police or a security firm to enforce the mask wearing rules. I am disappointed in this experience and hope that Home Depot will consider taking this making wearing seriously not only for employees but customers as well.

Garden Center was well maintained and the store employees made me feel welcome, valued, safe and secure considering the pandemic were all dealing with. I needed employee assistance twice and both times employees were available to assist me. This store appeared clean and I saw Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) available at the front door including hand sanitizer and face masks available for anyone who needed one.

The people at the store today were very helpful to me. They helped me find what I needed and carried it out to my truck for me. The store was very clean and I didn't have to worry about too many people in there spreading coronavirus.

I appreciated the friendlness and helpful attitude of the stores employees and the cleanliness of the store. I know it is a challenge to keep a good attitude with the varied attitudes and often difficult mindsets that customers bring with them into the store. Thank you Brianna and Lilia. I was impressed the even with a busy store employees worked to keep it clean and orderly. Thank you for that shopping experience. You nailed it today. Have a great day.

Loved being able to get a paint sample before having to buy the whole can so we could see how it looked in different rooms of our home

Especially love all the colors of Behr Paint they offer and how quickly they are able to mix it and have it ready. The young man who helped us was very personable and accommodating.

first time shopping for shower remodel. The associates Marc and Gary and Lizzette were very helpful. we got what we needed and could not have done it without their help. The store was busy and very well organized.

I don't normally shop at this store but in this case they had the items I wanted. Because of the size I needed assistance loading. Employees are in the store but ignored the intercom requested by cashier for assistance.. I observed employees standing around talking to each other when I went in search of assistance on my own. Seeing that I decided they didn't need my business. Poor customer focus! Buy elsewhere!

I always enjoy seeing a young man named Drew- he seems to be able to help out in any area of the store and if he doesn’t know an answer he’ll find someone that does!

Antonia, a cashier at the time of my visit, was very kind and attentive. There was a chip in the flower pot I was buying and she noticed it and decided to give me a small, but very appreciated, discount. Such a kind soul.

Loaders today were not 100%. Maybe they stayed up to late & they acted like they had no clue HOW TO, load lumber onto my trailor
