No help from employees. Employees were wandering around store but when asked for help they were quick to say that was not their department.

Nearly always has what I am looking for and at a lesser price.

The employees at this store go above and beyond to help us every time we shop here.

Poor customer service and rude cashier

I purchased some some paint at Home Depot, however when I went home and started painting I did not like the color of the paint on my walls. I returned to Home Depot to the paint department. Sales Associate Harris added his magic to my remaining paint can to the perfect color for my project. Harris was very helpful, professional and very educated on his paint. I highly recommend purchasing paint at Home Depot!

I have found that Home Depot really has improved in customer service, cleanliness, helpfulness, and product selection. Their competitor, "L" has really been going down hill, and will lose more customers unless they turn things around soon! Home Depot is now my first choice.

very good store with an excellent staff

I was pleased at the easy refund process in the absence of my sales receipt. I used the refund to buy an item for the bathroom, but repaired the original and easily returned the item. Later I used the refund to pay most of the cost for replacement light bulbs. Kind, friendly, knowledgeable people through out my visits.

Friendly, knowledgeable clerks who are very helpful. Good selection of products and the prices are reasonable.

This is a very nice place to shop and find the things you need for your home. The employees are visible and ready to help you. They don’t wait for you to need help. They ask if they can help.

I love this store! The staff are great and i like that once Im ready to check out i dont have to stand in long linesbecause the checkers are on the ball, unlike at the other hardware store at the west loop.

I love seeing items for home and learning how to diy and getting help I get to do my projects.

We are working on a major remodel project, which required numerous items (plumbing fixtures, lighting, appliances, etc.). One of the staff members (Logan) asked if she could help, and did she ever! She basically became our "personal shopper" assisting us with finding the items, as well as reaching out to other staff members for additional help and support (Justin, Aaron and David). It was very refreshing to see these staff members pull together and become a team in order to assist us with such an extensive order. Thank you to Logan, Justin, Aaron and David!

The store is clean and products easy to find. The website tells you if the product is in stock at your store and which aisle to go down. Extremely helpful. The associates are friendly and helpful. The cashiers are friendly.

Store was not very organized. Customer service desk was not helpful at all with my return and managers were not helpful in providing customer service within their limits. Even told me my Home Depot Survey would not reach anyone as the store manager would have it pulled and dismissed without it reaching any higher up.
