Did you know there were garage ready freezers? I found one at Home Depot. I tried to purchase on line, I was told they did not deliver to my zip. So I called the store and the employee walked me through through the purchase

I bought some lumber month ago and some concrete blocks last Saturday and I'm very pleased thanks to the young lady who helped me she was so nice

Every time we need something there’s never enough in stock. We always have to order and wait

Love the team members at Lufkin location. They are always friendly and make sure I can find what I’m looking for.

I cam in to purchase two freezers. At checkout, I was told of a $100 off with a CC application. I completed the process only be told that because the freezer were on sale, I would only get $50. Then they apply the purchase to the credit card. Then told me that it was put on the card. When I express my displeasure, I was told to go to customer service where I could pay it off and cancel the card. The machines didn't have any records (apparently too soon). So now, I have to go back to town (country life). I feel like I was mislead on every level and my time/gas to go back to town is worth more then the lousy $50. BTW, the freezer were dented. Just a very bad experience.

The employees at thr Lufkin store have always been friendly and very helpful.

I was looking at the poinsettias for a gift and two workers offered to help me find one perfect for a gift. The cashier and worker at self checkout were very kind and wished me a great thanksgiving!

I have been very unhappy with the way we have been delayed and getting a replacement for the stove that had a problem with the light in a new stove. It shouldn’t have taken two weeks since it was delivered to get a new one and when they tell me, they’re going to call me and tell me when they’re coming and send me a text saying that they can’t come on the time that they originally planned so I went ahead with my day and then they showed up anyhow, so that really was a problem that came from Whirlpool not from Home Depot. It makes me wonder whether I would want to buy an appliance through them at this time because of the way this is handled, but I also understand that the employees at the store have nothing to do with this kind of stuff. Everything has to go through Whirlpool and when we checked with Whirlpool yesterday, they had canceled our order for delivery

Pack your lunch if you are going to g for electrical products. No one is ever in that dept.

Used the website to shop for exterior doors and store doors. Found what we would like. Followed the instructions to have someone come out and measure. The gentleman came out within a short amount of time and measured. The store representative called (sorry, I am not good on names) and asked what door (s) I would like. She took the item numbers and then called me back with an estimate and took my payment. Doors and other items needed to complete the job were placed on order. Within a few hours a gentleman from their install company called and scheduled our doors to be installed. Easy!!!

Ran into Jim in appliances a few days ago in which we bought 2 items !! Bought another appliance again and we were lucky enough to get Jim again!! Very much an asset to the store..knowledgeable and friendly!!

Every time we visit this Home Depot help is available without asking and the staff is very knowledgeable about the products. Highly recommend!!!

We bought a mower, the nice guy outside gave us the tag told us to pay and put it on will come to hold it. Went in cashier wouldn't do that. We went home and got our tailor a nice gentleman saw what was giving on so he saved one for us

I bought a full pallet of pickets and though it began to rain they quickly and professionally loaded my order. Great customer service

It would be nice if you cooling station for employees here in East Texas. Last week heat ondext was 112. I wish you would provide employees with 100% Cotten and lines uniforms and vests. The store is Huge and there’s only one bathroom at the furthest point of store and on back. You have to either ‘em wear a diaper or bring ajar of you have to go shopping anywheee other than lumber sept

No cashiers, If expected to do my own checkout, I expect additional discounts. Several employees were just wondering the store. The young lady by the self checkout was busy chatting with another employee. My card kept getting turned down for a processing error. Finally let me swipe my chip card.

Need to give a huge shoutout to a worker names Shane, he went above and beyond during my shopping experience at this location. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He was quick to offer his help locating a product and not only did he point at the direction in which product was located, he personally walked me to the product and personally handed it to me. Thanks again Shane, I will continue to shop at this location

Great employee’s this is hard to find people that care about the customer

I love Lufkin's Home Depot. They have a checker to assist in checking me out!!

The products are good quality and dependable. The employees are for the most part helpful and friendly. There was one individual who apparently doesn't like to show up and do his job. Fortunately for me the cashier was able to help me load my soil and mulch. Saving my back.

I appreciate this store being here. It is the only Home Depot for several miles around. I do a lot of online shopping and the people are great when I pick up my orders. I also enjoy in-store shopping and being asked if I need help. I normally don’t but it is nice to be asked. Thank you. Great store !
