The store was clean,staff was friendly,knowledgeable. And helpful . I love Home Depot! They helped me when a motorized cart I was driving battery ran down by bringing me a fully charged one. I was so grateful. I have knee pain when I walk. This meant so very much to me.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They made sure we understood our new riding lawnmower and how to use it and maintain it. They were great.

Everyone employee that I've ever encountered has always been helpful & polite. The cleanliness in this store is surprisingly clean for a warehouse environment. Thank you

The employees at this store are super nice and were able to help me from the moment I walked into the store till the time I left. They knew where the products I wanted were located and there was someone readily available to help me without having to look for someone or wait. The checker helped me through the self-check out process and all I had to do was insert my credit card. Plus the store was very clean.

We have done business with Home Depot for years - including the Galveston Store - after Hurricane Ike. The Lufkin Store puts all the others to shame. There is an average of one associate per aisle to assist you, there are multiple cashiers ready to check you out, there are assistants to help load your car, and even with our problem of not having a Military ID - but we had our DD214 - we got our military discount. The contractor desk - Chris - has taken our horribly cryptic list of materials and had them entered, ordered and arranged to be delivered within 24 hours. I sincerely wish this store would train all other Home Depot stores!!!

Everyone is so nice and if a staff member doesn't know what the answer is ,they go out of their way to fine someone who does.

The associates are always attentive and willing to help. Make sure to see Heather at the service desk, Ken the manager, or Billa the cashier if you need any help. They are always ready and willing to go the extra mile to be of service!! Awesome job, folks!!

Your store compares well with the local Lowe's store. Friendlier employees, cleaner store, nicer people readily available to load heavy items. Wish I had a business card for the 10% off each purchase like I get at Lowe's.

This store had everything I needed for my latest project available. Terry the cashire was very helpfull asked if I wanted a Home Depot credit card. The store is the only one within 50 miles that has been extremly helpfull in obtaining the material I required to improve my home. The store personnel are. extremly helpfull in making the right decision in obtaining the correct material for my home.

The Lufkin Home Depot has been consistent in overall customer service every time I have been there. It certainly makes shopping a simple experience without the tiring excursion through the store. I will continue to shop Lufkin Home Depot.

I have been a customer at this store since 2004, and I have never been disappointed by their service, whether in person or by telephone. The personnel are always helpful and enthusiastic, even the trainees. Customer service here is the BEST! It is such a pleasure to have competent assistance whenever I shop here. The guys who load materials are very professional, as well as patient and pleasant. I manage rental properties and was not trained to do so. But I know that my questions will be sincerely handled and that I will always find the help I need at this store. Rudy has helped me for many years with painting needs, and is such the expert in that field, that I still call on him for assistance, despite his being moved to other areas. He could train for the company! Shelia is amazing with all the tools and attachments, and is even capable of demonstrating their use. Linda and Gerard and Shelia could hire out as locksmiths, with their ability with locking hardware. Chris and Matthew at the pro desk can resolve any issue or find someone who can. Heather and everyone in customer service is great. Ken and Henry always help me find awkward items for repairs. Don and other retiree personnel are always available to assist wherever needed. The managers also take the time to help out and treat you as their "number-one" priority! I cannot say enough positive things about this store and its personnel!

Employees are more helpful and courteous than at "other" building discount stores, plus prices are better. Home Depot is always clean and neat and they have items that I can't find at other local large building supply stores.. I may not agree with some of their "social" views but, what are you gonna do...

The employees are really great in this store. I especially like some of the older employees. They are very nice and know and care more about their products than anyone else.

I could not find the brand of tool I wanted at the other store. Home Depot always seem to have what I want on hand.

Service I received from Brenda at the returns area was absolutely terrible. Never in my life have I encountered such an awful example of customer service. Will not be returning to this location.

Didn't like having to wait for them to pull my order since I placed the order the day before and I was sent a message that it was ready for pick up. But other than that it was great. If you want to experience great customer service, let Meagan help you.
