Customer Service Ms. Rose was very helpful in processing all my purchases. Customer service is essential, along with knowledge of how things work.

The associate who processed the item I needed to return as friendly and efficient. There was no hassle about wanting to know what I was making the return or any reluctance which I have encountered with competitors.

I recently came about 30 minutes ago and had an excellent experience. I love how the cashiers are friendly and greet and thank me every time ! They definitely make me feel welcomed.

If you need a home improvement item, this is the place to go. Very help staff, clean store, easy to find what need. If only my local store was run as well...

SHE BROKE THE CAP ON SPRAY PAINT BECAUSE SHE WAS TOO LAZY TO HOLD IT WITH HER HAND TO SCAN IT. WHEN I TOLD HER TO CHILL SHE SAID "YOU DONT TELL ME WHAT TO DO" REPEATEDLY

I exchanged propane tanks-product was fine. One employee was courteous and rung me up, the other one (Lawanda) was rude, even after I waited 10 min outside and had to go back in because she didn't come out to unlock the tanks. Never smiled, spoke to ask how many tanks, did not acknowledge that I thanked her or thank me for coming in - NOTHING.

Got exactly what I needed and personal help that is extremely rare these days.

The management and employee culture is very hospitable, inviting, and encourages seamless and efficient shopping. The employees are happy to help. I highly recommend this location for any home improvement needs!

The cashier at self checkout told me if I didn't register my DD-214 on the website they will no longer give me a discount as I stated to her I appreciate the discount but you'll never get a copy of my DD-214

be careful when you make big delivery orders at that location as you might end up waiting and waiting and end up finding out that whatever you were waiting for has been sold or, as in my case, the item delivery was delayed by a month and no one cared to call you to let you know and when you try to cancel the delayed order they tell you they will hae to wait until the item arrives (a month later) before they can cancel it and refund you!!!!

This is my Home Depot for all of my projects. I usually find what I am looking for and, most importantly, I can find a knowledgeable store employee to assist me.

Gunner in flooring was so knowledgeable & helpful. Jim had wonderful knowledge of appliances, plumbing, lighting and even took the time to help me pick out the right exhaust fans for each bathroom. If it wasn’t for these two outstanding men I would’ve looked around and then walked out more confused that when I walked in.

Delivery and installation of our new dishwasher is a complete disaster. We waited 3 weeks and it has not been installed. Talked to the Appliance Department and complained to the store management and they cannot give me a firm installation date. I learned that they use an outside contractor that could care less about customer satisfaction. Suggest you shop around and look at reviews before committing to buy from this store. There are several others close by. May want to hire your own installer.

They always have the product I need in stock. The employee there seem to be more helpful than other home depot stores.
