The store was very well organized even though I didn't know where my product was a cashier associate assisted me to the correct aisle and checked me out fast and easy.

Many such stores I have found to require a 'hunt' to find someone to assist, but not very common in Home Depot. At this location, it seems a helpful associate is most always just a few steps away. And the times I did need help, the person found either answered my questions or knew exactly who to call to get what I needed. very impressive location.

I needed to buy a big bad of potting soil and was dreading trying to lift it into my basket then into my trunk. Luis G. was readily available to both bring it to the cashier and to my car. He was friendly and social and made me feel like I was not inconveniencing him at all. There is a lot of construction on the access street on the west side of the building, but I still prefer going to this store,

We visited the store to start buying brick for our patio project on the afternoon of 10/31/2015. After having a negative experience at another home depot I was not expecting much. The employees saw us sorting thru bricks and came right over to help us. I truly appreciated all their help and will be driving a little further to make sure all our project supplies come from the same store. You cannot put a value on good customer service. Thank you Julia (cashier) and Garden Team!!!

This store is great! It's convenient to reach, the store is organized well, clean, well lit, and there's usually someone available to help if needed. Checkout staff are friendly and ready to help.

This store is clean and organized however, there is a trick to finding an associate to answer questions. I shop here frequently and have learned not to expect help from the employees. The Lumpkin location is not what it used to be. The cashiers are usually helpful. I'll try another store in th future.

Susie Paige the store associate is very knowledgeable and look out for the best for her customers. She was very professional and had the best personality. She take all the time you need to get you what you need.

I am always gardening here in Spring Branch and I love knowing that Home Depot has everything I might need alI year round. I don't have to go to all over to get what I need for my home. The staff is always helpful, and to top it all off, the prices are great too!

Smaller store, but pretty well run. Usually has what I want in stock.

I don't shop for hardware/ construction related items often, but I needed pvc pipe for a display project. I had great (patient) assistance, and it turned out to be much easier than I expected! Everything I would use was well displayed, so I had no trouble finding all of the parts I needed in several sizes. And, the associate helped me with the best glue for my project. It was so convenient having the saw set up right there to cut the specific lengths I needed!

Andres, the cashier in the garden center yesterday gave me an unexpected laugh when I asked him where to find tree stump killer. He directed me to the wall that had "all the stuff to kill other stuff" and said "be sure to notice the black leather jackets and dark sunglasses at the end of the aisle". After seeing my puzzled expression, he did a pretty good impersonation of the Terminator. I know, it's corny but it caught me just right and lifted my spirits for the rest of the day. Attempting humor with a stranger is risky - but it paid off that day. Thanks Andres.

The store was clean and all in order. The help I got in the paint department was great. The associate at the paint department "Bruce" was very helpful in find the right product for the job at hand. The Cashier, "Alondra" was friendly and very professional.

Home depot came through for me to complete the last minute job.

I have been using this location for many years. It is an older store with older associates that are willing to help and have a full knowledge of what is in the store and where. Most of them have seen me and I recognize them by what departments they are associated. The little store needs a good inventoring and better shelve stacking to be able to locate what they have and what you need easier, but overal this is my Home Depot.

Associates were not there to help. Had to move palette to get to fenceing. Had to get ladder to get the oil needed for chain saw. We saw associate watching us but nobody ask if they could help us. The store was dirty, aisle were not clear, and associates were really lacking in customer service. This is a store that really needs help. I live here and the only time I shop there is when my son is here. He now understands why I shop with your competitors.

Have you ever dreaded going to a brick-and-mortar store because you forsee having a problem? This store says yes to the customer, and works hard to avoid those types of experiences. I drive past two other Home Depot locations to come to this store because everyone is knowledgeable and actually seems like they want to help.
