Most times I find it difficult to locate an employee, but not today. My questions were answered properly and promptly.

Associates are very helpful, and are always there with a smile.

I bought 2 Schlage locks and wanted HD to rekey them. I found out they don't do that anymore! Not cool. I turned around and returned the locks. I went to my local Hardware store and bought them. I can't believe they would be so cheap as to not do this anymore!

I love this home depot and everyone is great with no exception. I feel life this os my second home because the hospitality of the employees. Thank you!!

Yes we bought a lot in Home Depot and the lady customer service that helped us is Ms Honnan.. very very nice, respectful , reliable and attentive to all customers esp to us .. without her we can’t find and we cannot be able to buy the product we need . Ma Honnan had helped us to locate and made us very comfortable to buy this product in lynnwood Home Depot branch vs going to oak harbor to buy this product that the previous lazy employee named Maravich very very lazy and bad rude attitude so when we went and look for Ms Honnan she was on break and when she came back fr break she automatically helped us till we found that product we’re looking for .. we just wish all your Home Depot employee should be respectful and responsible like what Ms Honnan treat her customers. Ms Honna is very very qualified to be a great asset need to be more on supervisory on top of Home Depot manager position.. She’s a great asset to Home Depot. We give her a 10+++ score..

Happy with the Milwaukee tools purchased.

I bought some asphalt repair in 60 lb bags,, the bags were stuck together and I couldn’t move them. Dean showed up and loaded up my cart and stayed with me through pay register and loaded my vehicle with the 60lb bags since I have back issues it was marvelous that he did all the lifting for me and I like the store because all carts are new so they don’t make that square wheel sound as you go down aisles

I have shopped at most of the HD stores in our area both for personal and business items. So glad this location opened. Service here is exceptional every time!!! Thanks so much!

We found what we were looking for. A few associates passed us without saying anything and really, no worries please. We all get busy. I used to work for The Home Depot and I get it. People there are usually friendly.

I’ve been to many Home Depots and this is my favorite by far!! Its clean, well supplied, helpful staff and very safe parking lot!! The keep all the spraypaint under locking key to help it not get into the wrong hands. I’ll make this Home Depot location my go to location for all those reasons!!

On 08/23/24 I was in the Lynnwood, WA Store in the Bathroom Vanity Aisle when I came in contact with Store Associate "Pinder". Pinder was able to answer all the questions I had concerning the Vanity with Counter Top since it will be installed in a Bathroom that is difficult to access. Pinder was very courteous and understanding to answering my questions that I decided to purchase the Vanity. Kudo's to Store Associates like "Pinder" that I will be a returning Customer to the Store.

Had a fairly bad experience last time at this location most employees were not able to help me cut a board waited a very long time just for one cut. When approaching employees for help they weren't able to help whether it be did not know how to use the machine or physically incapable due to weight of plywood

I had the true pleasure of meeting and interacting with Eddie and Chris (Mgr) to resolve and issue I was having with a pricing concern and resolution. Eddie helped explain the program in question and stepped up his options for resolve by escalating the questions to his manager, Chris. Chris quickly evaluated the situation and immediately executed a fair, equitable solution to the problem. HomeDepot has been and will continue to be my "Go To" store for DYI and home projects.

Benjamin (the wood cutting guy) Josh (the customer service man) and the amazing elder man outside putting the carts away (didn’t catch a name) were all so amazing and helpful! They really did so much for me and my partner and went above and beyond! They all deserve a promotion!

Customer service manager of LYNNWOOD, WA home depot store are very friendly and helpful, customer centered, even if I lost my receipt, he still have options to solve my problem, including testing, and finding the root cause of the failure product and offering discount to new related product.
