We had the best experience at this store. Sydney our cashier did everything possible to try to get us approved for a credit card so we could use the discount on our purchase. Another cashier assisted all the other customers so no one had to wait.

I was not looking forward to shopping for a product that I knew nothing about. The associate knew what questions to ask and she gave me the information I needed to make a proper choice. I will definitely be returning to the Macomb Township store!

I ordered stock kitchen cabinets ,they carry 36 in sink base but ,the upper 36 inch cabinet ,they don't carried at the store it is a special order . Rented there truck and my wife had to help load it because it was taking to long to get associate to help and the one cabinet he put in truck he damaged it ,and I had to return it (when I did not have time ) Now I will be 3 weeks behind in finishing this job (and that is costing me money )

I was easily able to find the vegetable plants that I wanted because the store had a great selection to choose from. They were even offering one free Bonnie plant per customer that day. Nice surprise! While I was looking for a safe product to use for insects in my yard, I was approached by a female employee who helped me choose just the right one by offering suggestions of organic products that were safe to use around children and my dogs.

The associate who helped usgets a gold star for customer service. He treated us like a valued customer. Walked us to what product we needed and resolved issue with another product. This Home Depot will be Our store of choice because of the great customer service. Also the cashier was great.

I was shopping for a front load washer and dryer. The Appliance Specialist was very knowledgeable, which helped me narrow the selection and ultimately make a decision. The Specialist worked with me to compare different models until I found the washer and dryer that best met my needs. The Specialist was also courteous and professional, all the while helping other customers. This was a substantial purchase for me, and I couldn't be happier with my selection and shopping experience at Home Depot.

After having a bad customer service experience at the Chesterfield Home Depot, we turned to this location hoping for a better outcome. We weren't disappointed. The store associates here (there actually seem to be MORE of them around!) were on top of their game. We were helped immediately and were given great service in no time. We were there to buy a riding lawn mower (no cheap investment). My husband had done his homework ahead and we knew exactly what model to get. Our associate Tim told us they didn't have any in stock but proceeded to give us a choice of 3 equally acceptable alternative scenarios - one of which included having it delivered to our home for free. The folks at the service desk were sharp and very pleasant to work with (Jessica and Nick both, very helpful). Don (the manager) made sure we got the price we were happy with. Great overall experience. We will go out of our way to shop here (as opposed to the Chesterfield location, though it's closer!) just because of the CUSTOMER SERVICE! Keep it up.

the availability of what I purchased was fair, the customer service was good. the associate I had Briana was very helpful, frindly and sweet . she helped me find my products I was looking for. she overall made my day.

My cashier was extremely helpful by using her own phone and the HD app to help me find a product in the store when I returned at the end of the week!!! She is the nicest cashier I've ever experienced!

When I begin looking for the appliance I wanted to buy., an associate immediately approched me and offered help. He answered my question with clairity and explained all features of the appliance I wanted to buy. I was pleased with the help I received and I made a purchase.

Having been around for a while I have never posted any comments prior to this. Based on the personal stellar unmatched anywhere service and attention I received during my visits I just could not allow myself to NOT recognize these associates. Because of them I will drive the extra 5 miles out of my way to this store versus the closest one to the house.

Outstanding store, try to shop there when its not busy, if you go there during the busy hours know what you want and need before you get there. Sales associates are swamped, during prime time, with people who didn't do any research and went in with too many questions.

I needed to rent the Home Depot truck to get my BBQ home and Mike in the tool rental was the best ever associate I dealt with when it comes to products in a male dominated area. He was so kind in answering my questions about the truck and not once did he make me feel dumb or stupid because I'm a woman and asking those questions. GREAT GUY! Thanks again Mike!

I came into the store a little confused about how to find what I needed. Ray, my sales person approached me and asked if he could help me. I explained what I wanted and he quickly directed me to the right spot and assisted me in selecting what product I wanted. Very helpful!
