Mostly good overall, but great at the lumber checkout counter wit one specific clerk. The res of the checkout staff are just numbnuts. This one stands out because she is friendly, helpful and competent. Most of the rest are just collecting paychecks.

Kid named jose in the lumber department helped me get stuff all around the store very smart.

Kenny Crow, a sales associate from Home Depot, was very helpful, kind, and approachable. He went up and beyond to help me find the microwave that I needed and for a low price. Kenny also went as far as to take my heavy over-the-range microwave to my truck and delivered it with a smile. With this kind of assistance, it would make anyone want to come back and shop at Home Depot. Home Depot needs to continue to hire more people like Kenny Crow.

Amazing store the only thing lacking is employees to help costumers !!!!! When we ask help they just keep telling you someone will go and meet you there. You as a costumer go and wait and wait and wait and end up leaving or buying something and having to return it later because you got the wrong thing. Just train employees give them the knowledge to be more informed about costumer service etiquette

All the employees were friendly and helpful and this store has a great inventory to choose from. I feel most of the population of Madera shops at this store. The store manager does a wonderful job.

I needed 2 Fan/Light Kits/and Outdoor light fixtures for the next day. I went to 3 stores in the Madera Area that had these products. Home Depot of Madera had the Fastest, Friendliest, and MOST FUN employee named Mikey who knew his stuff and gave us the VIP treatment!

I went in to lighten my paint. associate in d24 didn't know how to do it, its fine, when your a loyal HD customer you soon realize that there always short staffed or always hiring new ppl. When the ASK John comes he tells me we don't lighten paint. I expressd I did it before and he is like no, idk why other stores do it but we don't, that's not supposed to be lighted. I also told him if that's the case I came in a couple of days ago and had a gallon lightened and the girl did it with no problem. He expressed how lighteting is just a waste of paint and while he instructed the associate on how to do it he stood there and said after this is done put another thing of white in there because were just wasting our paint. he even told me oh well I'm going to stick around to see if it does change color. and well at the end of the process I was very aggravated I kept my composure and when they opened the paint to see it, it was lighter, I said thank you and walked away. I am a pro customer and do a lot of business at 664 and 663. my rental is in madera and figured egh why not. My experiences at 1088 haven't been the best but after last night 8/18/2016 @7:22pm that's over the top! 1088 higher ASM's that are nice, after all I thought customers came first. I expected this shirt from an associate not from an ASM! will not be doing any more of my business there!

Friendly people, clean store, and good hours. However, you may consider carrying a least small amounts of current popular products such as "gel" stains. Also, when I was looking for live bamboo plants you didn't carry that either. bummer!

The home depot employees are eager to help and provide the best shopping experience.

Every time I visit the Home Depot in Madera, I receive nothing but excellent customer service from every employee I come in contact with. I've been in some form of customer service position my whole life and I do my best to provide the kind of service I would like to receive and expect to receive. I'm particular about the way I'm treated when I visit any store in which I intend to spend my money.
