The store is always clean and the employees are friendly and helpful.

If you expect help loading things or need help if big items don't come here. They like to stand and watch.

I had a return, and the Assistant Manager Kim not only took her time getting to the return desk, she was rude when she got there, I had already called the corporate office to okay the return, after I was told once I could not return the items, Only when I told her this did she give store credit. She was not friendly or helpful,

Not often in these ecconmic times do you find good customer service. Very clean store

Yup they had it. I needed just the power head for trimmers that would take attachments. Was looking for one of better quality. Thanks to the staff cause it wasn't readily visible they had the Toro power head. And they even had the Echo fuel refurb kit.

This store has great people working for them. The store is well stocked and well organized.

Its a fun adventure....and the associate's are readily available to assist!!!

Every choice available for electrical switch plates. Jumbo size also. I was able to pick up 12 different plates with no problem. Shopped (browsed) for future items i.e. toilets, mirrors, and shelving. A wide selection to fit everyone's needs. Highly recommend this store. Associates are available to answer questions and know what isle items are located.

Great overall experience throughout the store great prices and the cashier was happy to serve me the customer she definitely was happy with her job.

While I didn't find what I was looking for, the associate was there immediately to direct me where I needed to go and tried to help find what I needed. I did see some items I needed for the house, and purchased those.

I shop at the Madera store almost every day. I think I know where everything is but there is always help around to assist me if I can't find something. Associates are always very nice, some call me by my first name, like Terry and Bonie.

I walked into the Home Depot to go inside to get what I needed and then leave. Normally that is what I do. I was greeted by your associate named Duane and he asked me if I needed help. I said no, but then I caught him again and I appreciated that he took the time to help me locate the items I was looking for. Normally when I shop this store I am pointed to the direction of "where they think the item is" and then I am relocated to an area of what I don't want or I feel no one wants to take the time to help customers. After talking to Duane and thanking him again for all his help and his customer service I also noticed that he had a great smile and an up beat attitude of a will to help in which that is hard to find in a sales associate. As a large company that you are I hope you take the time to appreciate your associates especially Duane because he looks like he really enjoys his job. So Thank you Duane for adding great customer service to my shopping experience.
