Always easy to find products and helpful employees

Lee found all of the grout cleaning tools I needed. On top of that, he walked me to the cleaning supply aisle and showed me Zep Grout Cleaner. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He is going to save me a couple thousand dollars since I won’t need to tear out the ceramic tile in my kitchen.

Just wanted to say thank you for the great service that you provide to the customers. Always a good selection of items to choose from.

I bought a tomb, it was broken, and I took it back for an exchange. They did not inform me that they have a no exchange policy, and told they would credit the money back to my card in five business days after completing the “exchange” I asked for. They held on to hundreds of dollars for a broken tool, while I then was left without the money to buy the same tool that I needed. Once I said something about this, the person doing the exchange literally cold shouldered me to take care of the next customer. Never shop here.

As the title indicates, I went to another Home Depot than the Home Depot in my neighborhood to buy fencing materials to repair a chain link fencing that occur in the back yard of a house i owned an hour away in another county of Tennessee. As soon as I arrived I spoke to a young worker to let me know where the fencing materials are located. Not only did he indicated where the materials were, but he brought me to the department. I was very impressed with the knowledge he had of the store as an employee and made sure that I was well served and I was.

a man named Kelly would not help me with getting my colors saved in system and just tried to mix a color that was also in system close to other color I had to leave because he refused to look up date on colors. just lazy.

Went to go and buy a clearance jack and an employee had to climb up a ladder and get it down. Another employee told them to Go and go to a different part of the store leaving the customer not with the product that was getting down from shelf and making the customer wait for 30 minutes

My mom gifted me a Christmas Tree from HD and the lights ONLY worked at the bottom. Lito helped me get it out the truck and put the new one in without any attitude or lack of interest. I purchased another tree ( I was really wanting to do an even exchange) but he was so helpful and kind I purchased a bigger tree. He didn’t upsell it to me or anything he was just so nice and it’s rare that you have those type of workers.

Mary has helped me over the last two weeks furnishing my newly bought home. Every time I’ve gone in I’ve asked for her and she’s been ready to help me for as long as needed.

Jesse helped in finding the product I needed for a bathroom remodel. He was helpful and polite. Outstanding service by your employee.

The plants were exactly what i wanted and the staff was very helpful. Especiall Ms. Kimmy or Kimia.

Our door opening was measured and we were told someone would contact us in a few days. On our third visit to the store the person who was supposed to help us with the purchase was available. This was on Saturday August third. Received a call on August sixth that the door would be installed on August seventh between 2:00 -4:00. It is now 6:41 and they are a no show and haven’t call to tell us why. Very frustrating and poor service.

I came in to purchase some necessary products for a home project. Customer service was helpful in directing me to the proper aisle. An associate helped me at the self service checkout lane with applying my veterans discount and using a Home Depot gift card I brought with me. No waiting. Positive experience.

On my recent trips to Home Depot I learned of the discount coupons and have saved over 600.00 I Love it.. Thanks Home Depot..

Always happy with this location for purchases. Employees are always eager to help. They know their stuff and if they don’t they call others over. For purchases they are great. Rental department you need half a day to rent anything. If you are going to rent, be prepared to wait at least an hour if not two to check out

The employees are so very helpful, and they know about what they are selling. I have purchased a lot from this Home Depot and will continue to.

If you need assistance in the garden center, William is your guy. So kind and courteous, very helpful.

On my last visit, the Cashier said that Home Depot was no longer going to honor military IDs for discount. In the future, you will have to have an app on a smart phone. Bad move.

I had a list of items that wound up taking me all over the Madison store. Multiple employees directed up to exactly where to find each item. In the garden department, Kiana helped us find exactly the right chemical to rid my yard of crab grass. Everyone was cheerful and happy to help. I always leave happy.

Great service and staff very helpful and welcoming, my only peeve is that aisles are sometimes crowded with stock or displays that make it difficult to manage a material cart

Newt is a friendly, extremely helpful associate in the garden center.

An employee let a $3000 package I bought go out the doors without confirmation or checking driver's license to prove it was me. So someone else is enjoying my roof and my home is wet inside. And no one at home depot in Madison,TN will return my calls or give me any answers. They couldn't even confirm that my credit card number was safe so had to also cancel my card. I truly hope and pray someone does the right thing and this gets resolved and soon!
