The absolute worse purchasing and customer service I have ever experience. I will never do business at Home Depot again! I purchased a refrigerator on 7/4/10, on 7/24 still have not received a refrigerator. I am told by customer service I can not get a refund to go purchase another one because it takes 3 days to process the refund. I contact the customer service representative listed on my receipt to call if there were any problems, she was shocked by our experience and assured me this was not the way Home Depot conducted business and this would be resolved immediately, she would contact me before noon. To this day the lady has never called me back! Once again went back to the store the salesman (Burt) who tried his best to help went with us to customer service desk. The customer service lady was so rude to him we were embarrassed. We went to another store and purchased a refrigerator and received it the next business day. I wish I had read reviews for Home Depot before because this seems to have happened to many other customers.

We had a great day. We were greeted when we entered the store. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The Madison Home Depot Store #0720 located at 1584 Gallatin Pike N, Madison, TN 37115 is definitely worthy of the entire 5 stars on this review! One of the main things I've noticed while shopping & making purchases for my roofing company "4 Square Roofing" is the amazing customer service this particular store offers! Jim & Jackie at the pro sales desk are extremely knowledge about building/roofing materials and are willing to go the extra mile to truly help their customers! Staff was excellent in greeting and providing info. Didnt see anyone in a corner on their phone :) Even a manager(?) or maybe a dept. head jumped in to be sure I was getting help. Excellent!

Aisles are well marked, merchandise is well marked and organized. My salesperson, Bert Simons in appliances was very knowledgeable and professional and helped me make the right choice in a gas stove. He answered all of my questions and walked me through the ordering and delivery/installation process. He told me exactly what to do and gave me contact names and phone numbers I might need. Excellent service!

Had bought something back in January lost the recite a Mr .Wes working customer service went above all means too help me and did a great job ty.

The HomeDepot #0720 in Madison has very friendly associates, neat and accommodating Car Park and a lot of home improvement stuff. The most admirable thing easily noticeable is the courtesy and willingness of the associates to assist new customers not only in locating what they want but helping them make better choices.

This store is a great place to buy an appliance. The employees in that department always know the various attributes of the brands. They can answer all your questions and concerns. They can also immediately give you a delivery date. No waiting days for someone to call and then scheduling the delivery. Great experience buying a washer/dryer, a water heater, and a refrigerator over the last several years. Great place!!
