I prefer this particular HD, because u get excellent advice & the products I need to get the job done. Their return policy is generous considering I sometimes over-buy, just not knowing all what I will need. the employees are generally very friendly as well.

Was purchasing a blower for the yard and was having some trouble but the employees helped me to be able to get it all worked out. And when I say they helped they really helped and wow the extra steps taken to help me out you'd think you should tip em for there time and there is zero exaggerating there. Go here for your needs if you ever shop at the Home Depot anywhere around town.

I had trouble ordering online in the store. Customer service personnel helped me finish my order and helped to figure out the number on my gift card because I scratched it up. Kudos!

Anytime I need assistance thestockers nearby are always pleased to help find what I need.

Always have had someone great me- check on me- help me with questions and give answers! Also to check me out- because I hate self check out! Deliveries are good too!

If you are exchanging a propane gas can. Work with the employees, don't try to scan the QR code on the self-service machine. It takes you to a Vacation Club and asks for your credit card information before it tells you have joined a Vacation Club on a "trial" basis. Very deceptive. Has nothing to do with exchanging a propane gas can. Go inside. Let them know you're exchanging a gas can. Pay inside. Get your code. Then type the code into the self-service system.

We received great service from Vickie Wright in the appliance department. She helped us buy a new refrigerator. She explained the delivery service and made sure we understood the process. We will always ask for her in the future.

I actually live more than 100 miles from this store but am in the area about once a month. I have always found this store clean and well organized. Every employee I have ever interacted with has been very friendly and helpful so even though there are other Home Depot store (and other similar stores) closer to my home I prefer to do business here whenever possible.

I got a lot of help purchasing an above the stove microwave display model.

Bailey in Customer Service really went the extra mile for me with a messed-up on-line order which (technically) wasn't her problem at all. Kudos to Bailey!!

The Manchester store is my go to store and if it isn't in the store I go online and 9 times out of 10 I can fine it online and have it shipped either to me or pick it up at the store.

Home Depot 3004 Manchester Rd is a hallmark of customer service. While the big box stores typically get a bad rap this store's associates are focused on the Customer's experience and satisfaction.

It's generally easy to find an employee to help you, and they're willing to help with pretty much anything.

I bought most of my toughsystem 2.0 by Dewalt. Great boxes for a rough construction worker like me. Recommend all day!! Will visit this location again!

We are not handy and the employees at this store are always great about answering questions and finding the items we need to do our project. This is my favorite Home Depot in the area.

We can in for cabinet hardware and found exactly what we wanted. We also have purchased paint for our cabinets.

I went to HD Ballwin to buy wallboard because they said I could cut it there so it would fit in my car. I arrived with my tape, pencil and utility knife and the nice guy at checkout called ED to load it on my cart. ED then went and got a T-Square for a straight cut, ED then cut the board for me and stacked it on my cart. Without even asking! Then directed me to everything else I needed. How great is that!! Thank you ED -give him a raise!!

I came to the store to purchase wallboard. The store told me I could do so. Ed came and helped me load it and not the cart, got be a T-Square, then cut it for me, ED was amazing. So helpful! Great store!

I visited this store today to find a smart thermostat for my home. I was met by a young lady who asked if she could help me. When she didn’t know how to direct me to what I was looking for she directed me to someone who could. The product was easy to find. The young man who got it for me helped me set up a credit card which saved me a lot of money. The store was very neat.

I recently had knee replacement surgery and needed some items from Home Depot. An employee graciously looked at my list, got a shopping cart, and shopped for me quickly. He also checked me out. I asked to speak with his manager. He called her, and she came right over to check-out where I "sang" his praises. This might not be a regular occurrence at Home Depot, but to accommodate me was so heart warming. Glad I'm a stock holder!

When you go here ask for Baileigh she is amazing and will take care of you!
