When I have a weird problem - I always ask for Mike. I have an elderly dog that goes crazy if it's crated and the other dog helpfully opens the swinging doors so it can urinate on the rugs in the dining room and living room. Mike figured out how I could make it difficult for the dogs to open the doors but easy for me to do so, all the while maintaining an attractive appearance. Not an easy thing to do!

The Associate who helped me decide which air conditioner would suit my needs was very honest and helpful.

My husband had recently purchased many bags of your wonderful Cypress Mulch. After spreading it around my yard, I came up short. Since HomeDepot is close, I immediately went for more. Although I missed the $2 sale price, the price was still good, the employee lead me to it, and I was out in a jiffy. What is better than that? We both love HomeDepot!

I had a delightful experience at Home Depot yesterday. I wanted to purchase the table fan that was advertised for $9.88. As I entered the store, a female associate asked how she could help me and directed me to the fans. On my way down the aisle, two associates stopped to ask if I needed assistance. The female associate, Amy, placed the fan in my cart and wished me a Happy Holiday weekend. I proceeded to the check out lanes, but noticed that the only ones open were at the other end. I asked the Courtesy Counter associate if she could check me out, and she smiled and said that she would be happy to. She also offered to have someone take my item to the car. I was in and out of the store in less than eight minutes! Way to go, Home Depot!

This Home Depot is alway clean and well organized! The aisles are uncluttered and I like that there is not a lot of unrelated department store type product scattered around. Staff is friendly and if one is not knowledgable in one area they have not hesitated to direct us to an appropriate staff member. Overall I love Home Depot!

This is one of the nicest HD around. The mall that they are in doesn't have much going on but if you want quick, friendly service, this is where to go.

I needed a new flapper valve for my noe-piece commode. I had selected one from the shelf when the associate approached and asked if he could help. When he looked at my old flapper, he knew immediately that it was from a one-piece Kohler commode and directed me to the board that had the direct replacement. I consider this to be excellent service.

Garden center associate was very friendly and helpful. Pointed me in the right direction to the plants I needed and instructed me to pull my car up for easy loading. Great shopping experience.

As I entered the store, I was immediately greeted by the Greeter. She asked how she could help me and gave me excellent detailed directions to Aisle 32 where I could find furnace filters. However, the ad did not state the brand name of the furnace filter that was on sale. I spent a great deal of time trying to figure that out. Also, there was no associate in the department to assist me. I finally figured out which brand of furnace filter was on sale by the price and the picture in the ad. I would highly recommend that since there are so many furnace filters available, the brand name be included in the ad.

I'm glad to see that the store is getting more products with less missing sizes or parts. The associates are certainly more available than before. It still resembles the old Central Hardware store my father took me to not as sharp or user friendly as Lowes

I went in to my Home Depot just to get a few small things. Generally I know where everything is and I started picking out the things I needed - no - wanted. I didn't organize my thinking and as a result besides the things I wanted or needed I also got all my exercise in for the day. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
