Watch the store advertisement and the product availability. They may not match, as it happened to me for the Memorial Day Sale. It cost me additional money. During my second trip to purchase more product, the cashier let me know about the situation. I am thankful that she let me know. I had bought a number of different items during my first visit and I would not have know the difference until I looked at the receipt later that day.

Assistant store manager Matt went above and beyond and getting us what we were looking for. Called other stores, made arrangements for us to pick up items. Really a top-notch customer service professional

Shopping at this store is like going to a casino. You never know if your gonna win or lose. Today was break even day and only because I saw the lack of cashier training at Pro end and went right down to self checkout. There I was able to have the cashier scan the bundles of shingles and finish paying myself. That way he could continue to carry on his conversation with the other cashier about good fishing spots and bass size all while the other cashier's customers waited for cashier input. SMH! Home Depot would be wise to hire nannies to supervise all these young children it has running the registers.

Every employee was friendly and helpful, took the time to listen to me then provide the assistance While smiling and genuinely kind and helpful.

Always a fan of this Home Depot we use this location for our work needs and I also use this location for my home remodeling. The Pro Desk is very helpful and anywhere you go in the store someone will ask to help. Great Place

It's Home Depot what more can you say. They have every thing anyone could need. If you haven't been you should check it out.

Just finished designing my new kitchen with Robb and I could not be happier! His years of experience made a huge difference in my end design, and he was so patient trying different designs with me. This was the 3rd project I have done with him and it wont be my last! If you are thinking about getting cabinets anywhere talk with Robb....you will be impressed!

This is a very "active store" due to its location. Yrs. back when u left the store & went down the street to a stop sign....there was a tree that blocked the view of traffic coming one way. I went in the store & complained it needed cutting back. The worker called the mgr. & said what I advised, but also said " no one ever complained about it". They dismissed me like I had no credible statement. Lo & behold that tree ended up being cut way.....way.....way back months later. I suspect accidents happened @ that 4 corner became your liability. U need to listen to customers that visit your store b4 u become lialble. I still remember the woman from HD that was rude & dismissed me re: this complaint. Some people who work @ your stores think they are so much better than me......some are but so many aren't!~

An associate at the Manchester, NH store was exceptional. Steven MacDonald knew that I was stressed about finding replacement part for a patio door. He asked all the right questions expediting the sale, and ordered the needed parts. His friendly and professional attitude was appreciated, and valued.

By far the worse customer service I have ever encountered!!! I was an inconvenience when my brand new Samsung refrigerator did not work . After 24 hours. I was tossed around from your stove to Samsung. A week later things still have not been resolved . I will never shop here again! And the broken refrigerator is still in my living room

I was in and out and found what I came in for. The cashier was very friendly and smiled while checking me out.
