We were in the Manchester NH location last weekend and were given exceptional service by your employee, Joe Milot. We are working on big home improvements and it was a pleasure to get such great service.

I did not get the Costomer service at the other store I went to buy Home Depot is the best!

I am there almost every day I own 2 houses and buying electrical equipments often! I do Electrical professionally! Than you Guys! Employee MJ IS BIG HELP

I know nothing re home improvement & dread going to these places that don't seem welcoming to non-tribe members. This store is the exception. I felt immediately welcomed, comfortable & helped. My husband loves HD, especially the Manchester location, & now I know why. We had a terrific experience & it is now the 1st stop destination for all things home for both of us.

i buy stuff everyday at this store and people are great and knowledgeable and product is always there.

I had a gift card to use but needed more money to complete my transaction. The sales associate basically did everything for me other than using my debit card. She got me out of there a few seconds earlier which was great. It's usually always easier getting in some place than getting out.

Very helpful, did not have to look for help, they asked me if they could help.

Purchasing flooring products and scheduling installation on-line/phone is an absolute nightmare.

My visit to Home Depot was to inquire about a product that was best on a stairway leading to the basement. Jean was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Even though they were short-handed, I did not feel rushed. I ended up purchasing a product instead of looking elsewhere.

Any item relating to home is available at Home Depot. I have been there several times during my stay in Manchester, still if in case of any need of item I usually go to Home Depot to obtain the Item needed for my home .

I was in the store for about 45 minutes. Aside from Colleen no one acknowledged me, let alone ask me if they could help me. Colleen in Garden acknowleged me and was very polite and sweet. Jane, at check-out was very pleasant too.

Trying to buy SOD and carry it half a load at a time in my Jeep cherokee - Keion was so helpful!!! Putting a sold sign on it, helping us load the first load and putting the pallet to the side with the rest of our paid order. He was super helpful and super nice! Danielle helped us check out quickly and was super nice as well!

I came in for some items that were not in stock, but there was an alternative that I was able to make use of customer service was great staff is super helpful its great to see given the current climate that we live in!

I came in 30 minutes before close yet the gentlemen around the lumber area we’re so nice and helpful with getting me the right piece of wood and cutting it for me! Then I rushed to to garden area to grab 4 bags of soil, absolutely struggling to lift one up.. Bryan saw me struggling and came to the rescue! He loaded all the bags into my cart, pushed my cart for me because it was heavy, and helped me out all the way to my car where he loaded everything for me! Everyone was wonderful! Huge shoutout to Bryan for going above and beyond, it was truly appreciated!!

I would like to know... I actually want someone to answer this: I purchased 4 buckets @ $ 4.98 each (HOME DEPOT - ORANGE) WHY do I have to pay $ 2.48 for the lids? Why don't the lids come with the buckets??? HOME DEPOT STATES: They should since not everyone wants a lid and we end of throwing them away anyway!! Explain this...They should be FREE!!!! or $.50 since you have so much excess now

She was very polite very professional was doing on her lunch break and decided to ring me up after the fact that she has shut down the register for the experience that she had gave me I would definitely go back there she’s awesome

I'm shocked, embarrassed and appalled to learn the HD doesn't honor veteran discount on lumber anymore. When I served, I served for ALL without restrictions or only when it was convenient. HD should be ashamed of this policy shift...

I stopped in to buy privacy film for our church's bathroom windows. They had such a nice variety of products from which to select. The one I bought even looked a bit like stained glass. How cool is that!
