Was very happy with the service. Found everything I needed. Store was clean. Associates were friendly and helpful.

Home Depot employees were very helpful and friendly. I am usually able to find the supplies and products I need at this store.

I work in customer service and I learned long ago that the experiences you remember best have nothing to do with "things" they have to do with how you felt when you left someplace. Carol St. John, your appliance specialist, was extremely helpful and pleasant. I went into the store in a panic needing to find a new refrigerator immediately. She worked diligently to fulfill my requirements. Within 5 days I had a refrigerator in my house installed. I was ready to leave but Carol kept looking, quickly ran up the sale and my daughter and I still made it to my grandson's Lacrosse game in plenty of time.

Great place to shop for all your home needs.

Needed to replace 3 Smoke Detectors and a combination Smoke/CO detector. Looked on line (at numerous local stores) and the Mansfield Home Depot was the only store in the area that had both models that I needed in stock.

I go to this Home Depot because it is local. During this trip, there were no cashiers available, only self check outs. I certainly will be taking my business elsewhere if this situation occurs during my next visit.

Great experience at Home Depot. Was able to find what I was looking for, wasn't crowded and was easy to cash out.

John in the plumbling department is knowledgable and has saved me time and money on several occasions.

There is a lot of talk about avoiding the "big box" stores, but I must say that we spoke with several kitchen designers in the process of thinking about a new kitchen, and Melissa from HD was the best of them all! The personal attention, selection and pricing, as well as the financing agreements made the entire process easy, so if that is "big box" service, count us in!

Kathy Rodrigues in flooring is highly knowledgeable, customerr service oriented and extremely personable. She epitomies the "perfect associate"

In light of uncertain times and various local and state restrictions, I for one have been very pleased with my experiences, especially most recently within the last several months at the Mansfield Home Depot. I have never had a single negative experience at this location. I have frequented the outdoor garden center, the plumbing department, lumber on a few occasions. I have always been assisted by willing, professional staff who are willing to hear me describe something incorrectly and still know what I am talking about to help me locate it. Very pleased with the service at this store

The store employees, were very helpful, I was able to get the new dryer that we wanted. The Cashier was very patience and helpful, with the warranty issue for my product's.

Today was exceptional day today at the Mansfield store. I had to return some retaking wall blockade to an incorrect color choice! The customer service person made the process so easy for the return and the exchange for the correct color so seemless. Really appreciated the process today

We want to commend Assistant Manager, Michelle for going out of her way to give outstanding customer service! Her thoughtfulness and consideration and generosity are truly exceptional. We will return to this Home Depot (although there are other Home Depots closer to us) because of the wonderful service that Michelle gave to us.

The worst Home Depot I ever been in. The employees are lazy and have an attitude.

I was humiliated during the check out process. I was in self checkout and an employee grabbed my stuff and starting ring me out. She told me I would slow down everyone if she did not do it as "I would be asking her where the barcode was anyway". WHen I told her i did not want her to do this as I wanted 1 less "touch" on my products she said "100s of people have already touched your items, its not gonna help." Then as I asked her to stop, she did not - she continued while publicly shaming me on my purchase. She called my purchases non-essential and I am going against the Governors request.I was purchasing flowers for someone who had a death in their family. This was about the 4th time I was out in public in about 8 weeks. She humiliated me in front of other customers and then proceeded to rant after I left. I spoke with her supervisor who was very compassionate and sympathetic, but I got the feeling from another associate that this employee is known for her poor behavior.
