The Staff in this store are very pleasant. They are willing to help their customers and greet you when walking through the store. These people go above and beyond. It's worth shopping in the store!!

The store is very clean and all employees are very friendly and helpful. I used the fast check out and had problems and the employee help me immediately. I use the store frequently and know I can ask for help in any department and get great service.

I will say there has been a big improvement in customer service. It seems to me that the staff is very happy to be working there. They are very friendly and always offer their help and services.

i was helped my a home depot associate named mark; an older gentleman

was amazing!! If you have a problem or a question seek him out. While assisting me he assisted several other customers with a smile and respect. His professionalism and knowledge was impressive, I will return to Mansfield just for him.

You can find most anything you might need at any Home Depot. IF you cannot find it, the friendly associates are there to help you. They find the products, and will answer your questions about what product you might need , or the "how to" when you get the product home. They are very good about the "little things" the courtesies and helpfulness that the shopper might not even know about when trying to figure out a project at home. It's about the people who work for Home Depot. They seem to want the shopper to succeed, regardless if Home Depot even sells what your are looking for.

Frequent this store quite often and I live very close by. Always happy with the employees that have waited on me. Also visit the store in Naples, Florida and very happy with the purchases there.

Even this store is much smaller than Norwood, MA and other Home Depots, the staff give Fabulous Customer Service and are extremely knowledgeable.

I have found over the past several years that this specific store in Mansfiend, MA is always clean, the employees are friendly and acknowledge me. Although the store is smaller, the inventory is plentiful.

I needed some specific accessories for my Dremel and the gentleman in the tools section was very helpful. I was unable to find what I was looking in the store and the gentleman did some research online for me and took time to review with me.. Great staff, great store...

I came in today with a large list of supplies to get for my plumber, I found a gentleman named Dudley working in a different department. He stopped what he was doing and came in assisted me. He help me find everything I needed he was so nice and friendly. I really appreciate everything he did to help me,the cashier was very nice to then I gentleman help me load on my supplies into my car. Highly satisfied!

I asked for help, no one came to help. I then get to check out, cashier was AWESOME! Tried to get me help from the flooring department, then from a manager, and then one down from the manager...NOT ONE PERSON responded to this cashier! After 15 minutes of waiting he said perhaps the service desk can help you! I will call them while you head down! Waited for ever there! No ONE available in the store to help me! Finally 45 minutes later I am told "We don't have that" even though they said they had 3 in store, so I bought the one I had and ordered the other from Taunton! Get to Taunton...Mansfield had the WRONG label, and SKU stuck to the package and the WRONG label INSIDE the package! Guess what...they don't sell that rug because it is a "carpet remnant" that some idiot put a totally different label inside a bag that had a SKU for another type of carpet! NOTHING matched on the packaging or in the packaging! So I waited over an hour to get help from someone and in the end...NO ONE COULD EVEN FIGURE that out! What store has ZERO people to help especially a manager!

The store is very neat and clean. Cashier Paul is very nice, friendly and helpful...with a happy smile on his face even though it is early in the morning. He went above and beyond his job, help carried my products and gave me info. that save me $$ : )

I've never seen so many people look so busy while doing nothing. I would have completed my transaction with the cashier, without a word being said if I had not initiated the thank-you that came with the end of my purchase. I approached store management about this before I left and they seemed to be in agreement, that it's not my place to be more thankful for the purchase than the cashier being thankful that I made the purchase. Heres to hoping that a simple greeting and signals of appreciation are not becoming a lost art....

I went into the Mansfield Home Depot with a tough issue with changing my locks. The time and support given to me by Mary, Bob, and Dudley was unbelievable. They went above and beyond to help me and teach me how to take care of my issue. This is the store to go to for your home improvement needs!!

great selection of product...if you need it, they have it.

The store is always neat and clean. Organized for the most part. The staff always asks to assist you. What they don't know, they find answers to instead of guessing and acting like no-it-alls!! I do not mind asking questions to get answers. I'ld prefer it to getting wrong info then returning. All bets off with wrong info and returning!!!

I hate walking into huge DIY stores, but not the Mansfield Home Depot! Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable!! Made my shopping experience quick and painless!!
