As frequent customers at the Maple Grove store, we are always able to find knowledgeable help no matter which department we are shopping. I would recommend this store to everyone, especially if you’re a woman trying to shop for something her husband has directed her to pick up. The online pickup service is seamless!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff; products in stock, no-questions price match, easy and fast check out. Staff ready to help load and hold heavy stuff. What more could one ask for?

Store employee Vicki assisted me with a return, and then finding the correct item. She was fast and did a very good job.

Danielle and Edgar in flooring offered wonderful service when I went in to order my carpet. Danielle suggested a few changes which actually saved me money. Edgar had to speak to the company regarding the seam that would be in the carpet since it was not in the area that the measure person told me it would be. He patiently conversed with the company until he and Danielle had a resoulution.

I prefer this Home Depot than the one in Brooklyn Park where I live. The employees are always nicer and more willing to help. Definitely keep coming back.

Overall, the store is fully stocked with inventory which is a plus. On the other hand, no customer service. My experience with one of the sale rep in the carpet department was horrible. Not competent in checking out and rude. In addition, the Returns Department also lack customer service. Many employees sit around there and chat to each other rather than helping customers.

I do not know her name but she worked in Paint that evening. She was knowledgable and helped me with colors. I ended up with a fairly different color than I went in to purchase because of her comments and assistance...and I am happy with the decision.

Lynn who works in the carpet area was helpful. Was right there to answer questions and had good input on what I wanted. She had suggestions to help and set me up for a room measure. She was busy but took the time with me and kept relaying to the next customer that they were valued and she would be right with them

Customer service is good

My trip to the Maple Grove store today was great. I found all the things I needed and was offered help from three different employees. I did not have to search anyone out for this help.

As we were planning a kitchen remodel I looked online and in person at several stores. Every time I went to Home Depot (even in the early morning hours) there was a sales associate who reached out to help us. Each person was informative and able to answer questions we had without pressure of making a sale.

Today, my boyfriend and I were in the hardware department and my boyfriend and I are getting a new washer and dryer and he wanted to re-do the laundry tub with new hoses and fittings. The associate, John B, was super friendly and was right on point to ask if we needed anything. The store was out of a 5 ft blue hose for us and John B was quick to use the lift to see if there were any more hoses above, mixed in. There wasn't anymore so he said he would give us a 10 ft blue hose for the price of the 5 ft hose! AMAZING!!! We need more associates like this! We will definitely be coming back to this store!

This store has improved a lot since my last visit. Five years ago, the service was so bad I had not returned since. We visited today and were fortunate to have Rick assist us. He did the most but he was not alone. The cashier, the lawn clerk and a guy in seasonal gave us excellent service. Everyone in the store is much friendlier than my last visit and it is cleaner than most. I love HD and I am glad this store has improved. I will no longer be hesitant to visit this store.

Keith went above and beyond the call of duty today to help us. This Home Depot is filled with excellent employees who give excellent service and help!
