I worked at a Home Depot maybe 20 years ago. So I’ve been a fan for a while. But each time I go in, I’m reminded why I keep going back. My last trip was nothing short of incredible. I had some excellent help from Matt and Margo in Flooring. Jackson jumped at the chance to help me load a super heavy box into my car. Store Manager Kevin made the biggest impact though. Helped me resolve a problem that’s been around a few years. 10/10! I’m a lifelong Home Depot customer and the staff at Maple Grove 2844 keeps reminding me why I go back.

Have always been satisfied with the quality of products and the professionalism of the employees.

Went in to buy a washer and drier, ran it on our CC, scheduled delivery and install on Friday. When the delivery crew called to tell us our delivery window, we were told that the drier would not be installed for another 48-72hrs. When I called the sales person at the store I was told that it is not uncommon for a 2 step delivery for gas appliances, but that we should use the washing machine as much as we can 48 hours after it's delivered to make sure there were no issues. Question...how we suppose to run our washing machine when we have no way to dry our clothes? So...ask questions, and if you are buying something that is going to need to be installed, or be part of a 2 step process, I highly suggest you do not schedule the delivery on a Friday. For us, we decided to cancel our order and give our business to someone that knows that they are doing and is a lot more professional.

If you want to shop at a home improvement store with good service, this is the one to go to. Employees go out of their way to help. They're friendly and good natured people.

Sales rep gave completely incorrect info on carpet install times. Days after purchase goes through I’m informed it will be at least 3 times longer than what he said. Don’t lie about it, just give the honest timetable.

Once again I needed something for a plumbing issue that I had. I headed to Home Depot and of course got just the help I needed! Tommy G is always so helpful, professional and kind!!

John in hardware went above and beyond solving my problems (broken shower head handle). He was better than my plumber! The patience, expertise, and courtesy he demonstrated made this one of my most memorable experiences shopping at any store. Will definitely return to the Maple Grove Home Depot for all my future problems!

I ordered 2 quarts of paint. They rang up at $25.98 each. A gallon would have cost me $46.00. Why didn't the paint desk employee tell me that? I had the manager on duty come over and he could not have cared less! He offered to charge me the gallon price!

I had a client go to this store to look at off-the-shelf Kitchen cabinets for a quick-turnaround remodel and this store was close to the job site. Customer ended up talking to Sara Blissenbach, a Kitchen Designer specialist. Sara took our customers custom design and put together a design plan using HD stock cabinets. When I called her, Sara gave helpful suggestions, listened well, answered questions, or took the time to find the answer and call me back. Sara definitely went above and beyond. We wish all our HD encounters went this well. Thanks Sara!

We bought paint here that we color matched from another store as we had earlier used Behr Dynasty paint and loved it, but with the color match the Behr Dynasty was extremely thin and left runs down our walls when we attempted to use it. This is supposed to be Home Depot's premier paint...not so much! Don't waste your money on this paint!

I go in there not too frequently, but every time I come in the employees are so friendly and knowledgeable and just always wanting to help whoever they can! For someone who doesn’t know what their doing, it’s the best thing I could ask for!

I have recently shopped in the flooring department, also the garden area and paint department. The employees were very helpful and friendly and I will definitely shop there again. We are purchasing vinyl flooring and have an appointment this week to have the rooms measured.
