I was very impressed with my visit to the Maple Gove Home Depot. There were many associates readily available to help while I was looking around and there was no wait at checkout. The appliance specialist was extremely helpful. She definitely went above and beyond. I was looking at a dishwasher and she provided great knowledge and even assisted me with talking through some future purchases.

Things are easy to find in all the departments. Very clean.

Judy the cashier was very efficient and outgoing. A pleasure o do business with her.

I was helped quickly and completely. The associate was not trying to push an agenda.

The lawn and garden group was very helpful. They went above and beyond what was expected.

Jeff E. in the flooring department was a great help to me. I needed to solve an issue of people falling on my indoor wooden steps. He was quick to give me great options. I left to get measurements, and returned much later in the day. I went back into the department, and although he was occupied elsewhere in the department, he recognized me from a distance and quickly joined me at the product display and gave me excellent help to cut and gather up my needed materials. He was accurate, very helpful, cared about my project, and had a great personality. He took my problem job and made it and the store experience fun. Thank you, Jeff!

Purchased washer and dryer during sale at Home Depot. Pleasantly surprised with excellent customer service and ease of purchasing appliances for my first time at Home Depot. Store associate was knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Even though customers were waiting for assistance, she addressed everyone waiting and apologized. Old fashioned customer service that is hard to find these days! Very happy with my purchase and experience at the store.

We got new appliances from this store and the store associate was very knowledgable and kind. She answered all of our questions and got us what we needed online as some things were not in stock. Our delivery date for the appliances was easy and convenient for us and we will continue to work on our home improvements by using the Maple Grove store for supplies.

I do not recommend this store if you need any help at all. I was returning some CFLs for proper disposal, not for refunds, but this store clerk (with tattoos, goat-tee and huge earrings) insist that mines are NOT CFLs. These have a frosted shell for vanity, but they have the (Hg) mercury marking on all of them. If they are not, he can just toss it in trash. But instead he is give me all kind of grief, like I was try to cheat him/store of something. Totally ruined my day. Another time I was try to checkout at a counter near where I park, this associate tells me he does NOT know how to run a register, what??? How can any person works in retails doesn't know how to take money?

Went in to purchase a lawn mower with some knowledge but hoping for some additional information. The associate who helped was friendly, knowledgeable and provided all the information I needed to make an informed choice. He was great. The Associate at the checkout counter was also extremely friendly and funny and got me out the door quickly. The man who helped me load the lawn mower into the car was also right there willing to help and we got it loaded quickly. Great shopping experience.

Our kitchen designer was great to work with. She sat down with us on 5 occations for a total of about 16 hours to design our gorgeous dream kitchen. I know she worked countless hours when we weren't there too. Communication was great and we believe we will have a quality product that we love for years!

I was able to find everything I needed, some with help from an associate. check out was a breeze. and thanks for the veterans discount. Home Depot is my go to store. thanks Jim

Good products and the staff is friendly like the store. Many good products at very good prices.

Big holiday w/e sale. Was there 5/22/15. Sadly the staff was drowning the plants and was unpleasant that puddles were everywhere with plants dripping on me. I got sprayed by staff watering one isle over. (several times!) There was an abandon hose on the floor spewing water adding to the puddle problem. Cart was difficult to navigate due to hoses all over and trying to get cart over them. The cashier was grossly inept, but trying so hard it hurt! His pleasant attitude was his redeeming quality. At least there were employees avail for questions however I had to go to a different door to retrieve a (very heavy) duplicate basket myself & carry it back to check out desk to provide the cashier with skew # on product I was buying... There was an employee right there that could have done this but he didn't seem interested despite cashier asking him to do what I had to do for price check.

I had a question in the garden center, about availability of a plant color. I asked an associate if they carried other colors of the plants, and she stated she was very new and did not know. I then watched her go through the aisles and check, and then ask another associate. I was very impressed that she followed through! A for effort!

The mulch was precisionly placed in the front of the garden area to make it easy to back my SUV right up to it unlike in some other DIY store where you have to take a cart to the back of the garden area, then push the cart through the lot and reload it into your vehicle. I also didn't even have to find an associate to help me lift the heavy bags of mulch! After lifting just one bag myself an associate appeared out of nowhere and when he asked how many I wanted, I told him how ever many he could fit in my SUV. He was able to fit 20!!! Without even breaking a sweat!! Had I had to lift the mulch by myself I would not have had the strength for even 10; or the ability to stack them neatly enough to fit that many in my SUV. This associate even went out of his way to take some thick paper from the bottom of a pallet to cover my back set (which I had already thrown a blanket over) because he didn't want to dirty my vehicle with more mulch bags. A very thoughtful, friendly, professional, helpful associate! I could tell he truly loved to help people, and he loved his job!

Jenny, at the building supplies desk, was the main reason for my choosing Home Depot for my decking purchase. The product pricing and availability is similar to Lowes, but her professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness FAR exceeded anything that I had received at Lowes. The thing to note here, is I had gone to Lowes with intention of placing the order. I was blown off and sent an email quote with no instructions on how to proceed or respond. And the email only came after I called them the next day to remind them that they had not sent the quote. I then went to Home Depot, expecting the more of the same, but Jenny proved me dead wrong! Keep up the great work, Jenny! I will now shop Home Depot first!

Dick helped me to get everything i needed for my new home lawn. Being a new home owner i didnt know what to get for a lawn. Dick is Very knowledgable and professional. I actually drive to the store even though there are other options in Plymouth including a home depot store. Dick's customer service is top notch and he doesnt push you to buy things you dont need. thank you Dick.

Cashiers did a great job with the long lines - appreciated that people were ringing up my cart and i could just hand a card to the cashier. Made the process much more efficient and quick!
