We've recently come here every weekend to get building materials for a fence. The lack of knowledge from the employees overall is painful and concerning. They all seem to be quick to pass the baton to someone else who still doesn't know while they try to find a manager on duty. It took us almost 3 hours to walk out our first go around with 15 fence panels, concrete and 4x4 posts. The second time we placed an online order for pick up hoping it would be faster. Our order was supposed to be done at 3:22 pm, we never got an email and finally called at 6 pm. The manager told us our order hadn't been picked yet and to give then 30 minutes. We waited 30 minutes before leaving, and waited another almost 40 minutes before it was ready. The order was put on a broken pallet that was clearly not the right size for the load and was teetering on the back of our truck. Extremely unsafe and we had to pull over several times to adjust the straps as the pallet continued to break. Overall very frustrating because that should've never been loaded like that to begin with.

Run, dont walk to another H D location. Horrendous service at Maple Heights.

There is never anyone willing to assist you. When I walk around the store and locate someone, they are not knowledgeable of where things are, and they don't even use their work phone to look items up, and it feels like I'm a bother.

I went to get some of the mulch that was on sale , the store is always crowded and well stocked.

I bought a Gorlla ladder 26 feet ,light fixtures 2 for the price of one, i had no help by the employees ,waited 15 minutes still no one came to help me??

The folks at Home Depot, Maple Hts. have always been helpful and pleasant! My most recent visit, there was an associate that went that extra mile. Kelvin was extremely helpful and pleasant. Great representation of Home Depot. And Home Depot had all of the items that the competitor did not have in stock Thank you!

Came to the store to get a replacement pocket light for my kitchen. There was a lady sitting dusting items in that section. I approached and greeted her. She didn’t even term she addressed me like she was shocked. I had the nerve to come into the store. I just walked away.

Wandered around the store picking up items for my needs ,in each separate area all employees were approachable and quickly pointed out my needs. Checkout was quick and I commend all I encountered

My 1st stop when doing a project is Home Depot oof Maple Heights. Staff is helpful, store is well stocked and fast checkout. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT

I love going inside store to order and pay for items I find online! It’s quick, convenient, I always get the correct items, delivery is always quick and free, I pay for my items go home and wait for them to be delivered!! Never had a problem!! I have ordered: car air pump, jewelry armoire, cordless telephones, portable commode, lawn mower, snowblower and there will be more orders in the future l’m sure!! I didn’t realize Home Depot have a huge variety of items that can be ordered until I just happen to search their site!! So easy, no hassles!! Place my orders, pay and Bye and wait for items to be delivered to my door for free!! That’s Service!!!!

I was looking for a sturdy rolling rack I had purchased other ones that I wasn't happy with the quality from another store. After seeing the Home Depot rack I was quite impressed the racket sturdy and strong finish is excellent and I was able to purchase wheels separately that were stronger than the wheels that had come with ones that I purchased in the past

I love having a home Depot near my house. The rack that I perches was far super to one that I bot elsewhere

This store is absolutely terrible. I would rather go to a Home Depot on another side of town before shopping at this one again!

still waiting for a call to have my genie installed .No reply. it was purchased on the 20th of October.

I've used curbside pickup at this location a few times. The system to let them know that you have arrived doesn't work. Every time, I've had to go into the store to let them know. Then still end up waiting a very long time for items to be brought to the car. Unless you have a lot of time to waste, don't use this service. Other than that, the store is fine.

Service was provided last week, waiting for delivery of item, then will need Home Depot and Maintenance to come to remove and install the item ( electric fireplace)

The experience was great I loved everybody's attitude everything was clean I would definitely recommend

The employee was too busy talking to other associates while ringing in my order, she didn't give me my military discount and almost didn't give me the gift card I had just purchased.

Having a fence installed but the project hasn't begun yet. Will come back once project is over with "before" and "after" pictures.

I purchased Scotts Triple threat and i was how used the product and was very please of the instruction from the sale assistant.

Every time I go in here, it just reminds me why I don’t go here often. I have been a few times when I absolutely need to for convenience. My last visit will be my last. During this visit there were multiple associates standing at customer care just talking. One sitting on her phone and the other three having inappropriate conversations including various cuss words and MULTIPLE times mentioning the N work. VERY INAPPROPRIATE for work. One associate (the one cussing) just eating her lunch off a plate like she was in her kitchen. Just another reason we can’t have good things in Maple Heights. These people are too old not to know better. Better yet, where is the management??????

I am new to construction business and currently working on a project in Maple heights. All that I need is available at Home Depot. And additional benefit is that the store employees are courteous and helpful.

Worst Home Depot in Ohio. If I could give negative stars I would.

Great store, I shop here occasionally and it is a good store. People will usually ask if you need help. Like all stores, however, sometimes checkout can be frustrating. However, most of the time they try and get everybody out of there in a timely manner.
