We were l;ooking for some Timberline ridge cap. The help looked all over for the 4 bundles we needed, and said the computer showed 4 left. Checked every possible location. Then, checked-- said more was being delivered tomorrow, but when the program for confirmation wasn't available, the help said that, too. So, I said I'd call. Also, saw a lady associate who I'd met there maybe 15 years ago, or more. Nice to see a familiar face. The other supplies we needed we readily available and clearly marked, so it was a breeze. Checked out on self-checkout line-- no problems. Piece of cake. Smooth sailing, clear communication. As good as it gets. Been coming to this store since it 1st opened long ago.

My experiance while I was shopping was amazing the associate that helped me on the floor knew his stuff. I dont know what I would have done without his help. Now I decided to use self checkout and the cashier that stands at the front to moniter the transactions came over and said, "Ill bag it!".With out giving me a chance to respond she enter my personal space and started to bag my items. I then responded and said, "No, Thank you miss". In which she became upset and took two steps back and hovered over me. This made me feel very uncomfortable at this point . Im young but there where old peole checking out that could of beneifited from a helping hand more then I. I felt singled out the crowd and she made it very clear I was being watched. Now I've shopped there before and never had that problem but the night I run to the store in my pajamas on a rainy night I felt like I was profiled.

Decent store, sometimes some products are hard to find and even using the map on the app some products are not accurate.

We drove 1 hr 30 min away in need of tile for our downstairs. We were promptly assisted by the flooring associates. They were so helpful and efficient at getting the pallet of tile down for us. They helped load the tile into our Jeep Wrangler and made sure that it was at a safe weight for our drive home. They were considerate and accommodating during our entire visit. From walking into the store to leaving we had exceptional service. I would definitely drive the extra miles to go back to the Maplewood Store.

Sean and Jim - the two associates I encountered on two separate days here with the same project were excellent. Both men took the time to cut pipe to the lengths I needed with a cordial, engaging attitude. Sean, in particular, spent over an hour sourcing the pipe and cutting a variety of lengths for me with my 7 year-old daughter in tow. He engage BOTH of us in conversation - project related and otherwise. This is a totally unexpected but welcome experience - Thanks to both men for a positive experience...

I like the selection of products at Home Depot, the price is ok. Bad points isle's to crowded, isle's closed for stocking, employee's either to helpful or you can't find one.

Product I was looking for was where I would have expected to find it, was in stock and was at a great price

Thrilled with the professionalism, thorough assistance and for the first time, a fabulous home improvement shopping experience! Chris in the flooring department knows his craft. Has great advice. Is patient, helpful and works with the customer from start to finish. I have never had this experience in any home improve the store. Ever. I'm beyond pleased with my experience!

When I came into the store I was greeted with sincerity and a great smile. The sales associates were friendly and available. Upon check out the cashier was very helpful and gave my friend and I great tips related to the products. Amazing store, great customer service.

After researching propane grills, the selection available in the store was very helpful to actually be able to see & compare. The associates that helped me on both of my visits led me to make my purchase at this Home Depot. Thanks!

Customer service during my last two visits to the Maplewood store has been exemplary. A week or so ago I stopped to buy a tub/shower unit. Jeff, a store associate could not have been more helpful. He answered all my questions about the product, helped me to load it on a cart, went though the check-out with me & helped me lead it on my pick-up (making sure it was appropriately secured). I suspect he would have gotten in the truck & helped me to unload it at my house if I would have asked him to. What a great guy & outstanding representative of the Home Depot. Today I went back to the Maplewood store to get the stuff I needed to plumb the tub/shower. I am a senior citizen (65) and the last was plumbing I personally did was a lot of sweat-fitting joints many years ago. I was a little dazed (like old people can get) with all the plumbing supplies, especially the ones I didn't know a thing about, when Ron came by. I asked him if he was a plumbing person & he said "sure". The man could not have provided any better customer service! He was eager to help, not in the least bit condescending, extremely knowledgeable, and able to explain in an easy to understand way. Ron not only showed me the Pex and Shark Bite type fittings, but he had me put them together and disassemble them to be sure I had the correct feel. He then helped to get all the fittings and other stuff I needed to do the job. Ron is the epitome of what you guys should be striving for in store excellence! The general attitude of everyone I see in the store is very, very good. It is intuitively obvious that the Maplewood store is very well managed by good people. I am grateful to be able to patronize the store... and I thank you. . . .

Had everything we needed. Good selection and quality of plants and flowers.

The Staff was extremely helpful with my online order. They were extremely prompt in helping me, which was nice because any other store I have done an online order they have acted like it was a huge chore. The Staff also answered any questions that I had.

Did on-line order/store pickup. Got notification, item was there, took about 3 minutes. Needed additional items, was pointed in the right direction. An aisle was blocked for fork lift stocking, driver stopped, pulled variety of items i was looking for, replaced ones i didn't need. Lawn and Garden was very helpful. All in all, a very good visit.

store a little hard to get in an out of due to traffic store is staffed with great people who know their stuff have been going in for over 10 years

Unbelievable the associate walked to the other end of the store for my father in law and brought back an item for him to purchase amazing this store is top notch. Kudos to them. So nice to see this kind of service

No one was in flooring section. Staff in paint section had to call for help in flooring. 2nd order for flooring wasn't able to be completed in a timely manner--had to return following day to finish order. I have spent $1,889.37 on flooring--it was not an easy process to go through. Same time I spent an additional $104.63 on additional products. I will not recommend Home Depot for flooring.

I like shopping at Home Depot because there is always someone there to help me.

I went to Home Depot with the intent to fix my baby bouncer. I knew what I needed, I thought. This man that helped me went out of his way to do just that, and more. He knew what I wanted to do. He not only showed me what I needed, he also helped me fix the bouncer. I needed a specific size bolt and a specific size nut. He helped me the whole way. I will get his name tomorrow. I regret I didn't ask him. I thanked him, and he said , "It was my pleasure." This was a great trip to my local Home Depot....Maplewood, Minnesota 55109.

This particular time going to home depot, the only associate to say anything to us was the lady who greeted us at the door. Usually there are a bunch of people around the store that want to and or willing to help. Needless to say I didn't need help this trip but they are typically very helpful and knowledgable.

I love this store! I get help when I need it. There is always a knowledgeable associate to help out without being too pushy! They save me a lot of time and frustration. Thank you Home Depot! You definitely rank at the top for me.

I was greeted with a smile, ask how I was doing, and ask if I needed any help. I didnt because I know the layout of the store. But in my travels I was approched two other times asking if I needed assistance, which is alot more than other comparable stores Ive been to. Overall I can pretty much find what Im looking for, in a short time, and be in and out fairly quick.

I love this location, the staff are wonderful and the place is very clean. I usually walk in and out within minutes and when I can't find something there's always an assistant standing by to ask if I need help. Shop here, it's worth your time and money!

We purchased 2 out door light fixtures, and when we got home, there were parts missing from the box and it appeared to have been a returned product. While going back to do returns is not ideal, the helpful cashier was more then happy to return the product and apologized for the inconvenience. We had helpful staff and found new lights that we liked better! All in all, it was a very pleasant trip.

I was over in St. Louis Park with my niece trying to pick out plants for her garden a few weeks back - the garden area couldn't hold a candle to the Maplewood site!! Honestly, flowers, what few there were, were in sad, sad condition! Thank you Maplewood for always being such a great gardeners resource!!!

Online ordering and in store pickup is a great way to shop. The Home Depot employees are helpful, courteous and friendly.
