The store was clean and organized, Employees are helpful, the store is full with materials which make it easy to find what you want.

The store was not very welcoming upon arrival. My family or myself was not greeted when entering. Throughout the shopping experience it was very difficult to find an employee and at the checkout we were made feel very much like bothersome to the employees. The cashier at self checkout was making it very obviously she wanted to scan our items which was ok but very singled out. Other customers needed help she ignored them even after they walked out

Went to this store to buy indoor flood light-style bulbs. So, so many options. There were about 3 of us who had questions so they called in an associate. This guy was great! He knew the products, explained things, showed one guy how to tell the diff between and indoor and outdoor flood. So helpful and I was confident that I was getting what I needed; no return trip! Getting pointed to the right aisle is only half the battle for us regular folks so it was so nice to have help with choosing the right product. Checkout was fast, too.

I have been a loyal Home Depot customer for decades. Recently, I have noticed a huge lack of customer service. I ordered baseboards from their Mills department in the wrong ones were sent in period none of this was communicated to me until the baseboards ended up on the job site when I realized they were the incorrect ones. I ended up taking them back to Home Depot in ordering them again. The order was delayed due to the Thanksgiving holiday, I never received a call when they finally came in, I had to call to find out if they had come in period when I went to the store, the incorrect base boards were sent once again.incorrectly on two separate occasions but but the distribution warehouse or the manufacturer kept sending the wrong ones I had to reorder the baseboards for a third time period at no point did anybody I met at the store ever take responsibility or even apologize for the inconvenience. This extreme lack of personal accountability for the store, for the employees and for the company are making me rethink my loyalty to home depot

I love Home Depot during the holidays,they stock so much Christmas blow ups,trees and then the fresh trees come in,store looks good.

I would not recommend this store for buying a Christmas tree. Went there last night picked out a nice tree. Got home untied and removed the mesh and found the bottom of the tree to have been ruined. One side had been trimmed up at least a foot and half higher then the other. I wish I could upload the picture. It was very disappointing to find we have a lopsided Christmas tree this year.

The store was clean. Product was in stock. Staff was friendly and helpful. Your stores are very well equipped to meet my needs.

The building material section of the store aisle ways are clogged with carts and baskets with orders for people to come pick up it's very difficult to move around in there with the cart that you're trying to get the building materials that you need for your project I think it's unsafe I think it's a fire hazard and somebody's going to get hurt

The staff of this store is AMAZING! Very friendly and professional. The workers I talked with were knowledgeable about my project and was very willing to help me find the things I needed. Keep up the good work!

The assistance I received at Home Depot was amazing! Frank was very professional and understanding when I changed my mind about the type of wood I was going to use for bed slats right before he cut them. He said it was no problem, exchanged the wood for a batch of different wood, cut it and placed it in my shopping cart, all with a smile and no complaints or even a sigh. The clerk at the cash register was also very friendly, energetic and happy to be at her job. Outstanding customer service. It was an amazing experience specially during these times of unrest in the world. I left the store happy and ready to tackle my project.

Very clean and easy to locate where I needed to go. Employees were eager and ready to help and give advice. Even though I arrived about an hour before closing all the employees were happy to help and I had no issues getting the items I came for. I felt very safe due to the fact Home Depot requires mask wearing while shopping.

A great place to find what you need! If you can't find it, there're always knowledgeable personnel available to help find whatever you need or a suitable substitute. Clean store, and a friendly staff. Higher quality items than those lower quality home stores. One of my favorite places to go for what I need!

store is always clean and reasonably easy to navigate. Bonnie Jankovic is the best sales associate and appliance specialist in Tucson.

I would recommend this store due to it's convenience to those living in Marana, AZ. Other stores in Tucson seem better staffed and more willing to help the clientele. Everything I needed I found and a reasonable price. But, to flaunt the health of customers I believe is a serious oversight inasmuch as not one employee I dealt with (there were four) was wearing a mask and putting lives of us senior citizens.

Home Depot has always delivered excellent customer service for me from Indiana to Arizona for the past 20 yrs or so. They always deliver,wii go above and beyond to assist you. I have found that even if they don't have an item in stock they won't hold you hostage and make an attempt to monopolized your business,they will recommend their competitors as an alternative for you to seek what you are looking for. I applaud their selflessness and other business can learn from their lead in the business of home improvement. Hats off to you Home Depot and keep up the momentum to carry the torch! Everyone working there seemed to genuinely enjoy their job! I rented a small carpet shampooer and the gentleman helping was very thorough with explaining the instructions.. when I returned the machine I decided to go look at the garden section and found some awesome prices on just about everything I wanted, this will definitely be the only Home Depot I visit!

In light of the pandemic, all went unexpectedly well on entering with a 'cleaned cart' and folks to guide you on. The store was neat and the helpers [staff] seemed anxious to answer questions and even pause see if you had anything to add. Seemed like they [staff] had a pre-opening Pep Talk and were all looking to win the Employee of the Day Award. Great to see and experience where grumpy 'help?' abound.

Marana Home Depot has very knowledgeable associates available to help with questions and assist in finding products needed to complete a project. Everyone is friendly and enjoys their job and definitely provides customer satisfaction! We can honestly say Marana Home Depot has the HEART of HOME!
