The Marana Home Depot store is welcoming and fun. Whether it's to purchase plants for the yard where there are boxes to keep the plants from falling in my car or to purchase a new dining room light fixture with so many choices that anything I picked would be nice, I enjoy this store because the employees are thoughtful and kind. Today I went in for twine since I had not purchased any for over 30 years, and the person who greeted me when I walked in told me exactly where I could find it. There were dozens of different kinds of twine in various colors - it was amazing. I could buy a big roll or a small roll and appreciated this chance to save money if I only needed a little twine. I went for the big roll! And we bought a new bathtub stopper today too - it's wonderful how a nice new bathtub stopper can make such a difference and look so much better than they one we've used for the past 16 years! Having a one-stop shop store like The Home Depot just makes life easier. Thank you.

Bought several items for minor home repairs plus some keys made. Nancy was very helpful , even though it was not her normal job to do, made the keys for me and another customer. Was willing and gracious to assist.

Always helpful

Last night was my first time visiting the store. I went in for a piece of lattice and the first employee I found was not helpful at all. I asked him if it would fit in my SUV. He said " I don't know. You would need a measuring tape " I said I dont have one and that I would have to go home and get one. He never answered me or offered to get one to measure it for me. I walked away and went inside the store and found another employee, Ralph, who was more than happy to help me. He went out and actually measured my car and helped me carry it out to my car after I paid for the lattice. Ive been in retail for 12 years, and management for 11. I do know that if you want repeat customers you go above and beyond to help them. I will be back to this store but my first visit there last evening was not impressive with the first employee

An especially large, bright and well organized store. Larger than normal selection of merchandise. Friendly, upbeat staff - very helpful. Conveniently located next to Costco and close to Golden Corral.

Last year there was a larger variety of fruit trees . This year there were not any apple trees which I have been waiting for since last winter.

The store is well staff and the employees are knowledgeable in their area and they really help you. Rebeca at flooring took the time to help us find a tile to coordinate with our walls and cabinets that fit our budget. The kitchen staff is fabulous: Ms. Muñoz and Allan and the rest of the staff are amazing. The staff is the best that I have come across.

Employees present and ready to help! Always have what my husband and I are looking for. It's practically our second home!

Great employee in the lighting department by the name of Ralph. Knowledgeable and able to educate the buyer on various aspects of ceiling fans and their lighting and cooling capacity. We learned quite a bit today and chose to make a purchase based on this information.

For me its with in 5 miles the people are always helpful and have what I want. Have shopped here since it opened many years now.

I found the store clean (as can be expected for a indoor lumber yard) and the clerks helpful. My main suggestion is you should preposition carts in the lumber and concrete isles. We all can't be sure about what we are going to pick when you enter the store. I've often had to go out into the parking lot to find a heavy duty cart.

when entering the tomb (said lovingly) you are greeted by a friendly face to help you get pointed in the right direction. nice plant area on one end and lumber on the other end with everything in between.

We ordered tile for two different residences on two separate occasions. Everyone involved was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the experiences. The two young men who came to measure our rooms were also very professional and competent.

During our shopping trip to this Home Depot, we met several members of your team. All were friendly and helpful , especially the Navajo man in the Tool Section who gave us great suggestions for our projects. And Juan, our cashier, was so warm and friendly, we felt like part of his family.

I love going to Home Depot. They have an outstanding variety and inventory of products always at the most competitive prices. I am a customer for life.

Store looks so cheerful with all the Christmas blow ups on the shelves and all the Christmas trees all lite up,looks so cool.

Hand carts for large product , had to search parking lot to get one. No help in loading lumber and paint. Otherwise trip to store fine. Was serviced my employees. Questions answered.

Seems like it used to be employees didnt have a lot of knowledge about the telated products in their area. Now if they dont know they radio/call someone who they know knows the product. Dave jr
