Management offering very little to resolve a damaged merchandise issue. And unable to buy the item in good condition as there were none left in stock. The customer service was dissapointing. Will research other options when buying in the future.

The Christmas tree area was well taken care and clean. The home depot person knew what he was doing, with opening, showing and trimming the Christmas tree

This shopping day was fun and I there were plenty of knowledgeable sales attendants to guide us to what and where we needed for the project we were beginning.

The employees were great and kept asking if I needed any help. The store was also very clean. Great store with great prices

Associates need to be held accountable for their work and trained much better. Many and I mean many walk around with hands in pockets not doing a dang thing. When asked a question they refer you to another who in turn doesn't know either and does the same!!! This is insane and people come into the store to get what they need and leave but not at this store! Sadly it is the only store in town that has building, painting, home improvement products. Believe me if there were a Lowes or another big store such as Home Depot people would shift immediately over to those other stores and not come back or give Home Depot another thought!!.

As always, the Marathon, Fl store does a great job. I was just in to return a few items I over purchased for a large project and my transaction was handled quickly and efficiently. I was taken care of by Hope, who is very friendly and great at her position. I have had numerous trips to this store and it is always a joy to shop here.

The parking was assessable plenty of places to park under the shade of the sun. I was in a hurry to find some hardware to complete a project. I received a warm welcome upon entering the store, once in Hardware a assistant helped me find the items I needed quickly. I did linger a bit, looking at displays and items on sale. Over all a quick and very successful stop.

I really enjoy shopping at this store. The store associates are all very helpful and friendly. I almost always find what I need at this store.

I am disabled and I just love to g to Home Depot. Sometimes I order online for store Pickup, and other times I go to the store and they have the disabled carts. Either way all the associates hare very nice, knowledgeable about the area they work in and very helpful to me. I like all the selection the store has and the quality of what I get. Wish all the stores in the Florida Keys had the order online and pickup in-store option. Thanks Home Depot.

The store is spotless, the associates are knowledgeable and glad to assist, and the store layout makes it easy to find what your looking for. I highly recommend this store to anyone needing remodeling supplies or and other item Home Depot sells.

They always have a great variety of choices of products. Great sales and prices for household items. I use the online app to check the inventory before I go to compare prices with nearby stores.

Was approached by an associate Raye who was friendly and knowledgeable, she directed me to the item I needed.

My husband we think that the marathon store should be an example of how all the Home Depot stores should interact with their customers we have been thrilled at the level of experience that the associates have some of them are extremely knowledgeable comes to mind that there's a Jeff that waited on us the most but Azhar an Patrick and we can't forget victor were extremely helpful in assisting us we are working on projects are all the time mostly in the center of the state and never have we received the assistance and knowledgeable associates as we have in Marathon truly someone is doing their homework in Marathon they are all very well trained

My experience at this home depot has been great! Everyone has been extremely helpful. We are remodeling and they are all very knowledgeable. The manager who helped us with kitchen cabinets was amazing he also had 2 guys in Windows help who were equally as helpful. Over all great experience.

Great day at the store, very helpful all around. We visited several depts. and every associate seemed to ask if we needed any help. Brandon very helpful in door dept, made it a quick and easy order.

I haven't been in the Marathon Home Depot in a number of years. It is much brighter, and cleaner than I remember it. Very helpful staff.

My experience was very pleasing, everyone was so helpful, so friendly and very professional! My husband and I just bought a house and as stressful as I thought it would be to get or do everything we wanted to it, we get all kinds of help and advice from the employees there, and they are happy to do it! Now a days I can't even get a nice greeting but this store has it all and I love that! Thank you so much to everyone that works there, you all are amazing ;) love, love this store!

The place is so clean , the employees r so helpful and very kind . Everything is so easily to get to and very nicely organized. Places like this is what makes me come back and shop for what ever I may need
