We are having 2 bathrooms remodeled, purchasing materials along the way. Everyone I have worked with at Home Depot has been a pleasure to work with. The store has always been clean. For the most part, they've had in stock what we needed. I did have to order the specific River Rock tile online though as it is not carried in the store.

the associates are helpful and friendly. I can generally find the products I need at Home Depot the garden department is my favorite place to get cheered up Iusually park at that end of lot so I can smell and view flowers on my way into the store

The friendliest people I have ever met. Greeted first thing pointed in the right direction, found everything I needed. Shout out' s to Ms.Betty and Ms.Sue in the garden center. Amazing job ladies!!!! Found everything on my list, yard tools, grass seed, fertilizer.... everything!!

Your clerks at customer service were very helpful and friendly and went the extra mile. Judy helped me find a much better choice of product and also less expensive. I am very happy with it and so glad I didn't get the first choice. I can't thank her enough!

Customer service is normally pretty good at this store

The store is great, and the employees inside are very helpful, HOWEVER when you spend thousands of dollars on appliances, dont buy into the "free delivery" crap. They dont show up, they damage products and THEY DONT EVEN LET YOU KNOW THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING. This is going to cost me hundreds of dollars for their screw ups simply because no one let me know what was going on. Corporate needs to pull their heads out of that hole and find a dependable delivery company or just take that option off the table all together.

While the initial shopping experience was fine, I was told I could cancel the order for a refund, but when I attempted to do so it began a 6 day cycle of calling the store and the vendor with each saying "not me" when asked to cancel the order and issue refund. The store actually had the nerve to tell me to just refuse delivery of the item when it showed up! First of all, I am not going to take time off of work to meet a delivery guy for an order I am trying to cancel just to send them away. Second, why would they want to waste their employee's (or their vendor's employee's) time! I have been passed around for 6 full days now with no resolution. I finally got in touch with the vendor and was able to cancel the order but they said the store had to issue the refund. Called the store for at least the 10th time and nobody knew what to do. The employee I spoke with said he was working on it and would call me back, but I never received a call. And guess what? The delivery guy showed up at my house and was calling to see where I was, so I did have to send him back. This has seriously been the worst experience I have ever had with a retail establishment.

Nice clean store. Very disappointed in no regular checkout lines open on several different visits.

I needed to order cabinets. The MF store didn’t have one section(unit) I needed, but Bee Cave did. Bee Cave was not helpful at all, but the MF store definitely was. They got the unit and it was packaged well and ready when I got to the store. These folks figured out how to HELP instead of saying “No” to customer service.

Friendly employees told me where to find the products I needed. There were ample choices to choose from and I easily checked myself out to save time, great shopping.

This is my go to store for all things DIY, gardening or household supplies! The staff is super helpful and friendly. The store is always very clean and you are asked if you need assistance every time an employee passes you. I go shop in-store or order online for pickup at least once a month! I believe it's my favorite store in Marble Falls!!

This store, despite the many requirements to keep in season items available, does a good job. I can usually find an employee who can help me when I need advice, but this sometimes takes a little bit of time. Although I recognize employees may often be busy with tasks, their recognition of customers needing assistance and opening a conversation would be most welcomed.
