This location is fantastic... well run and clean, and the employees are polite and helpful. Maricopa has needed the Home Depot for a long time... and you have delivered an awesome store with great people. As a local general contractor I'm at the store 4-5 times a week, and couldn't be happier to have Home Depot here!

Great group of folks working here. Plus you can call for assistance through your phone by scanning the QR code near what you need. An associate comes right to you…I thought that was pretty cool that I didn’t need to go looking for someone. They were there in about 3 minutes.

How do you know when I’m shopping at Home Depot and pay with cash and do not leave any personal information?

I have purchased flooring, fascia boards and minor repair items during multiple visits to the Maricopa Home Depot. I have always been welcomed and asked if assistance is needed. When the employee is unable to assist a second staff person, usually a manager is contacted and my needs are addressed. I have a sense of excellent employee service teams are part of this store's employee culture. Manager Courtney and her team are outstanding!!

The staff is all willing to help where they can, even at checkout, where I had an individual help me with my veteran's service checkout process and a store credit card to use. I verbally mentioned to the staff that was there and how much I love this store and its location but especially the staff.

I bought a door. It was frustrating trying to get someone to help taking way too much time and them being charged incorrectly causing me to have to go to customer service to have it corrected while the truck with door was parked in loading zone with my dog. What should have taken 30 min. took instead an hour and a half.

New store for me and they seem to have thought about the whole experience rather than just mirror image the usual store. The first thing I noticed was the HUGE wall of electric tools you see as you walk in. I was astonished. Never knew HD had that large of a selection. Second thing that hit me was the wonderful idea of a separate area for the battery tools where you pay and get the merchandise. The home employees knew the products and their inventory and were very helpful, gone were the waits for an employee to unlock a grate. The checkout wall was awesome, great idea. I would much rather scan my own items anyway. Love the new store. Would like to give a shout out to the manager and his/her staff for wonderful environment they created at this store. The store in Chehalis could use some help in this regard....

In general, I’m grateful that the store has come to Maricopa is definitely a needed asset here. A few things that I do have to gripe about when it comes to the store are the tool corral gates are very annoying! The electrical hardware selection is very lackluster, and I would like to see a better selection and more product available in the section itself. Pricing in general does seem to be a little bit more than it is if I go to the Chandler store as they do have a better selection of things which allows me to purchase some products at a little bit cheaper price per part. Over all I like the store but it is missing a few things.

All the other Auto Part Stores sell batteries for over $200.

The lady at self check out was over helping. Felt like she thought I was going to steal. I'm a homeowner and business owner with morals and values. I don't need you ringing me up at self check out. I don't want to stop shopping at this Home Depot and I just started. Please ring up everybody at self check out...not just me. The lady scanned my purchases, hit the total. I thought she was going to ask for my card and enter my PIN number for me, but she stepped away from the register. I observed her not going to assist any one else in that fashion. Customer Service rep thought I thought she was helping...SHE was profiling.

I purchased Oak Pergo flooring which was exactly what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. The flooring looks beautiful and I am happy I ordered several samples to see how they looked in our house before making my selection. Your representative was so helpful. We are excited to have your store in Maricopa.

The store has most of what will be needed here. If Its not there, you can get online and have it delivered to the store or your location..

I’ve been in many Home Depot stores in the Phoenix area over the years. The staff at the Maricopa location is above and beyond.

We go to Home Depot often and are so excited about our new Maricopa Home Depot. Every trip so far has been great with employees who go out of their way to help!

Store has everything you need and then some and it’s not 50 miles away round-trip so that’s two pluses…

Finally Home Depot is now in Maricopa! Huge store, so very clean, and the friendliest employees who are truly willing to help. AWESOME!!

I bought a large asst. of dianthus plants to flower in my garden this fall. These were well cared for and healthy. There was a good asst. of colors. I’m checked them today and they look good. I would highly recommend Home Depot’s flowering plants. Excellent!

So glad Home Depot is here, I’ve been getting ripped off by ACE for so long, I am going to enjoy the normal pricing and amazing products in stock, no more driving miles away,greattt service and good parking
