Store experience is amazing, visit this location

No assistance or associates on sales called for one twice waited 30 minutes still none available for myself & others. 2 lady's on the aisle chatting then left after they saw none of their team workers show up. So i proceed to check and a lady asked if I found everything I needed I said there was no help & I would not be back THATS why I didn't goto lowe! Cell 346)917-7648 Not giving my email,

Waited for over 30 minutes to get loaded but nobody ever helped us or even cared about us not being helped.

I’ve been a patron for over 30+ years and have NEVER had a bad experience. I’ve been blessed in that I have always gotten help from a sales associate when I have needed help.Today, Ms. Elisa Mata assisted me in three purchases. She was professional, pleasant, and polite. Courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had several questions, and she was able to answer every question. She then assisted me by helping me compare a couple products and went above and beyond so that my experience today was perfect.

I think there should be Greeters ready to assist the customers upon entering the store,The smiles are there,Been a customer a long time,Never had to come back for merchandise that wasn’t in stock.

Store is clean and very nice and helpful associates. Visit the pro desk for any project needs.

Of all the Home Depot locations I have been before, this one is a shame to have it listed as part of the Home Depot family. Total lack of customer service, associates are either not trained properly or simply don't care. Inventory is completely inaccurate and some areas are a total mess. While customers have to walk around products on the floor or even store equipment not being used, associates gather to chat at the front of the store or walk around to chat in small groups. Not sure what management was doing during my last visit but it was certainly not their job.

Great friendly customer service and usually pretty fast at checking out which is a plus!

Customer service desk is helpful. But you can never find anyone on the floor that will help you. Otherwise it’s good

This Home Depot seems to gotten some very decent young people working there. My last two experiences going there I was approached in the lumber department by an employee offering help and they were very kind and friendly and helpful. My last visit, Oscar in Lumber got a ladder to retrieve me some fence pickets that were in better shape than the ones that I could reach. The cashier, Andrea was also very kind and friendly.

Jose that works in plumbing was great! Excellent customer service!! He was super helpful assisting my dad with parts that we need to fix a leak in our shower. I appreciate that he took the time to show my dad how to put them together and what he needed to get the job done.

A contractor specific parking area needs to be designed so that it doesn't block regular customers can pass by. Also keep an employee in that area so that contractors abide by the parking requirements.
