            This Home Depot and Staff made our Move to the Area easy.
            Great Staff made our move to Monroe TWP easy this past year fixing up our New Home. Extremely Helpful. Although I think me and my Wife spent more Time in this Home Depot then our New Home. :-)

                The worst customer service experience of all time.
                By far the worst customer service experience of all time. I found a patio paver on the Home Depot Website. The website said it was in stock in the Marlboro store. I ordered it and they took my credit card for payment. I then received a confirmation of the order followed by a message that the order was ready and I should come and pick it up. When I arrived the customer service person gave me the wrong item. I pointed that out and he said he would go in the back and get the right one (His idea to get it - not mine). He went in the back and brought out another paver - and it was the wrong one again. I pointed that out and his exact words were "The why the hell did you make me go in the back and get it?". Beyond how obnoxious and rude that was, it was bizarre - since it was his idea to go and get it in the first place. I told him to cancel lthe order and his was response was "Whatever". I spoke to the manager and she said she would speak to him about his attitude. She also checked and that store as well as all other Home Depot Stores in the area did not have that paver in stock. Despite the website saying that they had 29 in that store. So they said they had it in stock, took my credit card for payment, told me the order was ready, told me to come and get it, gave me the wrong item twice and were exceptionally rude and obnoxious in the store. I tried reaching Home Depot corporate to complain but I had no response whatoever.

                  Always in and out without any issues except when products are locked within the store. This becomes such an issue for any contractor. Needs to be fixed ASAP.

                              Michelle is by far a very professional and courteous manager I've met in such a store. Always smiling and offers to help , she even stepped into Rental and helped me Julio in Rental is outstanding, he was very professional and gave me guidance Gelb from Lumber was outstanding. He helped cut wood and gave me great suggestions. Very nice to see him Ceel..... if I said her name correctly, she was fantastic at the checkout and gave me great tips Tony from Painting also has helped me a lot Kyle always goes unnoticed as he helps people load in their cars.. he is great. I'm working on an upcoming Asian Indian religious event and working on a critical hike project. And all these folks have been extremely helpful and offered great solutions at the right time. This Store is my all time favorite, and I feel pretty good as I'm walking around

                                    No Help
                                    If anyone plans to go to this store make sure you know what you are doing because the staff is never available. When you ask for help, you have to wait for 10-15 min. before someone shows up with the attitude.

                                            Tonight, I was in desperate need of an item as i am leaving the country for 2 weeks - and I needed peace of mind. I called and Julio was kind enough to help me - he ensured he has the item I needed. I darted to the store after 9pm and he as there with the item. He could not have been more helpful and he was quite happy that he was able to assist me. This store has become better over the recent past. I have needed assistance and Michelle - assistant manager was a delight to work with

                                              TERRIBLE - WOULD NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN UNLESS KEVIN (and his team) are working and also TINA.
                                              Gave the 1 star because of the initial visit Had the WORST experience at this store - honestly if it werent for Kevin and his team; and Tina, i would be contacting my attorney. After dealing with Kevin, i would give HIM 5 STARS. The incompetence and total disregard from the STORE MANAGER i could not BELIEVE IT. To be ignored by him as a customer, he should not be in that position.

                                                The lady at self checkout needs to learn not to be in peoples personal space looking over their shoulder, also if it’s called self check out never grab the scanner and scan something for someone if they weren’t sure in the first place if they wanted the item. The lady with the mark on her face was extremely rude by doing this, and made me feel very uncomfortable to shop here again.

                                                    Extraordinary Employees
                                                    I was at the store and thought I had left my wallet in the cart. Two employees Gigi and Vito stopped what they were doing to help me search as I was stressed thinking it was lost. They spent some time looking everywhere and it was discovered to be in my car. I couldn’t thank them enough for their concern but I find everyone in that store is always helpful. Hope Gigi and Vito get some recognition as they went above and beyond in customer service. Home Depot is lucky to have them.

                                                      Excellent Customer Support by Store Employees
                                                      Employees were extremely helpful and very willing to provide assistance. Most notably Harry in Plumbing, Adel in Hardware and Les in Tool Rentals. Even the Cashier … Maureen … was helpful and had a great attitude. This is a great store to shop, and the employees clearly act as a team to help customers quickly and correctly find what we need.

                                                        MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO HOME DEPOT TO PURCHASE A NEW WASHING MACHINE. WE WERE MET BY A SALESMAN WHO WAS FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY HELPFUL WITH INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCTS. THE SALES PRICE AND DELIVERY/SET UP WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR FINDING YOUR APPLIANCE NEEDS.

                                                            Some Trouble I had in the past
                                                            I opened an account at Home Depot and emedietly started getting fake Home Depot e-mails offering ridiculous prizes and opportunities. At first, I did not recognize them as Hacks or fake, so I responded to the same. I was seriously hacked and I had to change my credit cards and change Bank accounts and put special restrictions on all social media and credit and banking activity. I notified the Morganville store with full documentation and copies to your corporate entity. To clean up this mess it took over a month. All I asked is that Corporate and the Morganville store respond to the fact that I had made all the appropriate communique and they would look into where the leaked data and problem were being addressed internally. Never heard a word, not an e-mail, letter, or phone call. And I followed up, with not a peep from Home Depot. That is a customer relations black eye. You should make public any internal practices you have to guard against fraud and hack protection. I felt betrayed!!!!!
