Friendly staff, clean store and superb location

This store not only is it close to my house but a pleasure to visit and buy what i need and the staff are very helpful and cool...Besides its like my home away from home one big man cave..

The store is clean and traffic free. The main reason why I'll be visiting this store more often is that they have more available consultants to help whether you are looking to install a kitchen or a bathroom remodeling job they have people available to help.

I approached an employee by the name of Jeff (from hardware) an I asked if he can helped me locate an item that wasn't on the shelf. Jeff located the merchandise on the overhead, he kindly ask another employee to bring it down for me to look at it. It was what I was looking for. I asked Jeff if he can reserve it for me so I can pick it up the next day. Jeff was so polite and professional with the answers that he had for my questions that I have asked him. Jeff was so knowledgeable when it comes to the merchandise at hand.

This store is great , the staff is great If you need help in the paint department Kim is very helpful and very nice to talk to

Convenient location, long overdue for this Queens neigborhood to have an HD of its own.

The store is clean, organized and has friendly, helpful employees. If you need something in Plumbing dept., try to look for Iwona. She is helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable.

Friday afternoon quick stop turned into a headache when I dropped my keys and didn't realize it until I got home. I quickly returned to the store, and Gina found them, gave them to Umair who had them in a secure place. Keys returned and all is well. Rare moment in NY - Thankful.

Store 6120 definitely lives up to the high expectations I've had for it. Products were easy to find and a very clean environment was offered, and Christine and Rose are excellent cashiers who offer great service to customers.

This store is a perfect model of what i remember and expect from home depot. Excellent customer service, friendly employees that are willing to help. Vincent at pro desk, John, Nigel, Orvil, Lilly at pro desk all work like a well oiled machine and have made shopping at the maspeth location a pleasure. I come from 10 miles away bypassing 4 other stores on my way because i know that i will find what i need in a clean environment and with plenty of people willing to help me. The customer service is beyond what i could imagine. Keep up the great work

THIS LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I ENJOYED MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF ARE AMAZING. I ORDERED A DOOR AND LAKESSA WAS THE BEST I ENJOYED HER SMILES AND PATIENCE WITH ME AND MY FAMILY, NEVER MET ANYONE SO NICE AND PLEASANT.

Meghean Alvarez approached us in appliances. She introduced herself and welcomed us to home depot. She said she would give us some time to walk the showroom and she showed us where she would be when we were ready. When my mom finally did pick one Meghean was exactly where she said she would be. The space she gave us to look was awesome and the help she gave us to finalize this transaction was phenomenal. She explained everything we needed to know. She was thorough, efficient and such a pleasant person to deal with. This first visit set the tone for my next two visits. I definitely will come back and let others know what a great store this is.

I have been to Maspeth 3 times already. I had the pleasure of dealing with John Lugo, Meghean Alvarez and Cassie. What a wonderful experience at this store. I am definitely making this my location to shop from. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I really enjoyed the great customer service at this location. All 3 times I was approached by the employees and all of them wanted to help and made it a great experience. I used to go to Woodhaven but I usually have to hunt down an employee for help and the customer service is lacking at that location.
