Great Service
Mac and Damien in the electrical/ Fan section were amazing. We needed some fans that were not available in the bin slot. They look around the rafters and were able to locate them bring them down and put them in my cart. All service with a smile and courteous. Great shopping experience! Thanks you made my wife really happy. Those where the fans she really wanted

    Don't Bother - Go to another Home Depot
    These guys do not care about making sure you have a pleasant experience, or making sure they fix THEIR mistakes. They let me purchase a floor model of a grill, shipped me the other one which was completely broken and unusable. When I notified the store they told me that they are going to have to pick up the old one, refund my money, and that I'd have to come back and purchase the other one. Insanity at its finest. ZERO customer service at this location.

      Beware of false advertising in garden center
      Purchased two citrus plants off the carts photographed but they rung up $59.98 each. The cashier didn’t speak English so we went to the front desk. The man gave us the third degree that their computer system rings the correct prices and he walked out and viewed the signs and said sorry, I can return them but will not honor the advertised price.

            Waited over 40 minutes for mulch due to false info from Cashier and closed gated area where you drive thru to pick up..on a Saturday afternoon..no signage saying closed on Saturdays

                    Home Depot has chosen to offer a one size fits all for cutting blades.
                    I needed a cut-off blade for a asphalt cut off saw, what you offer is a "multi use" saw blade at $50-$200. The multi blade saws do a very "poor" job when cutting asphalt (black top). An asphalt only blade costs under $10.00, and does an excellent job! Out of the 10-12 blades that you offer for sale, can you not have 1 correct blade for sale? The worst part is that this store is a rental store, and you don't have a blade for the requested use!!!!!

                            I started at the Pro Desk and worked my way through the store. Such great energy and positivity at the pro desk, Hard-working staff throughout the store and I ended my visit at customer service where Cindy was so pleasant and friendly. Thank you Homedepot. I found everything I needed.

                              Matthews HD is my go to store. Always well stocked, clean, well staffed. Lots to choose from, pricing is competitive and quality is great also. Behr paint is best in my opinion, so that is major draw.

                                    Home Depot make customer feel like they are Thieves
                                    Every time i need items for my trade i need to walk around looking for associated for Unlock the cage where they look them, waste my time and is annoying need to be escort to the cashier to pay for. If you want my business back this Wrong policie need to change

                                        Crazy time period for refund
                                        The days/weeks leading up to the installation and after was not good to say the least. When I went to Home Depot about finishing a project of floor installation, I gave pictures of the flooring and that this was the flooring needed to be continued for completion. A lady from Home Depot (very nice) came on June 18th to do the measurements. I showed her the five cases I already had of the flooring. On June 21 2024, I paid 4386.31 (by check, I'm old school) for the flooring and the installation. July 15, the wrong flooring was delivered and the wrong size of molding was delivered (5 1/4 was sent, but to match the rest of what was done, 4 1/4 was needed). I went back to Home Depot on 7/15/24 and paid $894.53 (check again) for the difference in the flooring (I was told the correct flooring was of a higher rate) Up until this encounter with Home Depot, everyone was very nice, but the guy I dealt with was not. Maybe just not a good day for him. We all have days like that. On July 18, the correct flooring was delivered by the guy who delivered the wrong flooring and molding. He was very nice, but I noticed he didn't have anyone to help. Both times he was there, it was just him. Of course, I helped with it both times. Anyway, when it came time to see about the wrong flooring and molding to be sent back, he (the same guy from the other two times) informed me he wouldn't be back. He said he wasn't being paid to bring in the items into the home. I called and spoke to a guy at Home Depot (extremely nice). He and another guy came out and picked the wrong flooring and molding up. A guy from the company contracted to do the actual floor installation came July 25 and was finish by early noon on July 26th. He did great work. I had nine packs of flooring, 3 packs of transition strips and 1 quarter round which was not used. On July 28 2024, my contractor and I brought these items back to Home Depot for a refund. We spent over 2 hours waiting for this to be resolved but it didn't. We left the items with a lady at customer service (who was also very nice) who was trying to get it resolved with corporate by phone. Her manager was there and kept making sure she was okay, but the manager never did ask how we were and such. As of July 31, I still had not received any notification from Home Depot about the refund. So the overall experience has been underwhelming. But the actual flooring was fine. My response to a Home Depot satisfaction survey 9/10/24: Nothing has been resolved concerning refund on items returned July 28 2024. Numerous calls to 1 800 466 3337 and referrals back to the local Home Depot. Additional calls with the local number 704 845 9200. Last call from the local Home Depot said that it was still being worked on. This needs to be resolved and also with compensation for all the time and grief and frustrations this has caused me. Last contact was September 3 2024. Not sure what my next course of action should be. Finally, I received a call from the local Home Depot that it was resolved and I could come into the local Home Depot to receive my refund. It was finally resolved and refund given on October 16 2024. No mention of compensation for all the time and grief and frustrations this has caused me. It's kind of ridiculous that it took over 2 1/2 months for a refund to be resolved.

                                            I have spent my entire summer doing renovations on an older home. I have been to the Matthews Home Depot once a week on average. The staff there has been extremely helpful with answering questions and helping me find what I need. I have had to make a few returns as well and that has been hassle free.

                                                        Robin was an absolute rock star at Home Depot! She went above and beyond to ensure I left the store with the right product at the right price. She dedicated over an hour to work with her peers in-store, coordinate with .com, and contact card services to secure the accurate price for my zero-turn lawnmower. After a disappointing experience at another location, Robin completely redeemed my view of Home Depot. Her kindness, understanding, and fantastic attitude shone through every step of the way. She truly embodied fabulous customer service!
