Store Manager Renato was very helpful today when I needed assistance with a project. He was quick to direct me to the right type of wood and even had 2 guys help with the wood. Thank you also Johnathan and Albert!

Your web site indicated that the part I was looking for was available at this store in McAllen, Tx, (Pharr) but not at the store I normally go to in Mission, Tx. THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE MCALLEN Home Depot. Instead, I bought another part that was supposed to replace the original OEM. It did not fit. This is the second time this month the Home Depot web site said that the store had a part, but did not. What good is the web site?

Hire people to staff your departments. Organized your products as labeled, you need HELP in tile.

Great store

Simply put, the customer service at this store was simply not adequate at all. As a former employee of the Home Depot, I am confused as to why this is so. We were taught to always greet customers and offer them help any way we could. An elderly woman in the same aisle as I shared with me that she had been waiting for assistance for over 10 minutes. I had to ask 4 different employees before someone answered my question on the location of a particular product. The whole experience was frustrating to say the least.

This is a very good store with very helpful employees. Would have given 4 1/2 stars had that been possible. Recently encountered an employee who insisted that they did not carry a particular item while standing IN FRONT of the display. BUT compared to the "blue" box, this location has many very helpful staff members and they almost always have what you need on hand, and in the quantities you want! Only wish that they would sell their closeouts in store rather than donate them to our locally horrible Habitat store.

Jorge Ramos the cashier at the register was very friendly and very helpful!! Gave me terrific excellent customer service!! I give him 5 STARS!!!

I have been a Home Depot shopper at this location since it opened at this location. I left for about two years. I came by to pick up a few items. I have noticed that the facility is better kept, neater isles, clean restrooms, the staff seems friendlier. And I enjoyed the personal attention of the store manager (Mr. Herman Ochoa). I did not have any complains, seems that people only want to talk to the manager when they are dissatisfied with anything. I just wanted to congratulate who ever was responsible for the better kept facility and the friendliness and the helpfulness of the staff. At other locations when I have needed help, I have had to look all over the store and when I finally find one, they seemed disgruntled and sometimes mad and in a hurry to help get rid of you. This however did not happen at this location. Yes I will be back.

The staff is friendly and helpful when the avail themselves of servicing the customer. This particular location had all the equipment needed to get the task at hand completed. Thank you.
