great service and professional experience

ANSWERED QUESTIONS IN A SURVEY AND REFERRED TO THIS MCDOWELL STORE BUT MY SHOPPING WAS AT CANTON, GA, TYPICAL OF HD, NEVER ACCURATE

This store is the best Home Depot when it comes to lumber and tile

Paul in electrical was GREAT!

The store was clean and products were easily found for the most part. The associates were very scarce and when we did find one she was not very knowledge savy as to our particular inquiry. As far as checking out we were forced to go through the self checkout which I hate. I prefer to have a clerk check me out but this seems to be becoming a thing of the past. Pity.

Victor was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He asked questions about my project and gave me tips to avoid headaches and recommended tools and products I needed to help make it all easier to do the work correctly the first time. I wish I could give more stars, five does not seem like enough. Victor made up for all past bad experiences I have ever had before. Thanks Victor!!

Mindless mistakes made on my purchase and an incompetent staff with extremely long wait times from management to resolve a small problem. If your time is important to you do not shop at this store.

Guys If you guys are looking for quality and worth spending your money on paint I RECCOMMEND Victor such a friendly great customer service new exactly what he was talking about! I definitely do recommend his customer service and base on his experience he was very helpful! He knew what he was talking about! :)

The cashier at that store deserves a 5 star but i can only give a 3 star due to the low stock their had to use something different then Shark bite . Which I love the rest maybe ok but my go to is Shark bite

I've shopped at Home Depot for many years. to be completely honest....the customer service I've experience for years has been poor. I've had two positive customer service experiences throughout the years and yesterday was one of them. Mr. Ismael From Flooring was EXCELLENT. He was patient, asked the right questions, listened, and provided me with many options. But most importantly...he had a positive attitude. Thank you for hiring him...Home Depot is very lucky to have him

Dirty, filthy shopping carts. Black and disgusting. Don't even want to use them!

Store was clean and neat. Only one nice employee female employee interacted with me and she was able to direct me accurately.

Service at at 7333 W. McDowell, Phoenix, AZ 85035 at Home Depot store I had with Angel. Service was provided by Angel in Painting department. From my experience Angel is very good worker at this store. He was helpful and has very good customer skills and professional knowledge in Painting department of Home Depot store. He has nice personality, attentive at job.

I got great customer service from Jose Munoz. He knows what he’s talking about and what customer needs.

Victor in the paint departments was excellent. We have been back to see him at 3 different shopping visits.

Luis, who didn't appear to have anything pressing to accomplish was perfectly happy to gesture and be done with me where as Cheri went the extra mile in order to find what I was looking for so you get a 'FAIL' from Luis followed by a rescue 'EXCELLENT' from Cheri.

I'm always getting the product I need and the service that I expect. This Home Depot is always busy but it's clean and well kept. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. I'm at this store about 3 times per week and enjoy seeing the staff.
