The clerk in window & door department was wonderful; cheerful, friendly, informative and knowledgeable.

The first person I asked help from, even though he was busy with another customer, quickly pointed out the product I needed. The second employee was able to spend about 15 minutes to assist me is picking out some things I was looking for.

I've been making purchases at Home depot for years now. from nails and nuts and bots to a full kitchen remodel. In the course of all the visits this one stands out for me. The associates were very professional as well as friendly. there willingness to help was greatly appreciated. At one point i said i'd stay and chat longer if i didn't have to do the repair at hand before dark. Thank you.

The store employees took the time to help me figure out how to get my outdated garage door opener to work with a new remote. They asked if I needed help when I was studying the different remotes available, and explained that my opener was old enough that the remotes available had been discontinued. However, they found an upgrade so I didn't have to replace my opener. This gave my opener new life for a very good price, and better security too. Thanks Jenn and Katie for the personal help!

Although the store is located in a lower income area of the city, you would never know it by its appearance and excellent customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and willing to help with the smallest of tasks.

2/28/2016 I went into this store location looking for crystal glass cabinet knobs and scrap wood for a project. The employee (Jennifer) was great help she was able to assure that they did have knobs similar to my description. She was also able to help me with picking out the perfect piece of wood. The store was very clean and clear in all aisles. Everyone was friendly and willing to help! I'd definitely come back for future purchases.

My husband and I went to the Home Depot store to locate an item the was currently out of season that the website stated the store had in stock. Isabelle dropped what she was doing to help us locate the item we were looking for. Once she had the department that would have it, she got us in touch with Debra who was able to get it down out of the rafters where it was stored. They both cheerfully helped me and I really appreciated the attitude shown me! I didn't feel like I was an inconvenience. When we got to the self checkout and were having a little trouble, Martha came to the rescue and got us headed home. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit!

I've shopped in Home depot stores, in Arizona, California and New York. I've worked PT at THD in California. I've heard all the complaints from customers about "hard to find someone to help", that is not the case at this store. As soon as I walk in, someone, either the"greeter" or someone near the return desk will ask if I need help. On one occasion, Mary in Plumbing delayed her lunch break, until she found something to remedy my problem. The same c an be said for the associates in Electrical and the young lady who happened to be in the paint isle today. I'm in the store at least once a week.
