This store is good, but hard to locate employees there even on the weekends. They tend to move things (as most stores do) so sometime what you are looking for is not in the place you last saw it. Most of the time I don't need assistance to find what I am looking for, but the few times I have needed help, it took me about 5-10 minutes to find an employee.

Clean store. Friendly people. Easy to find the product I needed.

Bob & Matt are the best when it comes to deals they are always willing to find me the very best prices.I live right next to a Menards and I travel 8 miles out of my way to shop @ the Home Depot!THAT'S THE POWER! Keep up the good work guys.

Customer service at this store is almost always exceptional. Janet, Rose and the gentleman in plumbing are tremendous. In contrast to Menards there is no comparison. I quit shopping at Menards except for their bird seed. If you improved your bird seed selection/size I would never go to their store. Your staff is always friendly & helful as much as they can be. Returns are a snap.

Overall, the service at the store was great. The associates went out of their way to assist me in ripping the plywood I needed for my project which I really appreciated.

This Home Depot is by far the BEST Home Depot as far as service, and store layout. I would highly recommend this location over any other in the area. The whole staff is very knowledgable, and always have a answer to my questions. Keep up the great work McHenry!
