This 5 star review is strictly for my dealing with your customer service employee Heaven. The online dealings would have been lucky to get 1star.

Rachael in the paint department is the best. Super helpful and answered all my questions without blinking an eye. Superb customer service!!

Our Cashier Wendy was Fantastic. She's a perfect example of the type of people you guys should keep hiring. Give her a raise, lol.

McHenry Home Depot is our favorite store. It is neat and clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Seems to be stocked well and well displayed. It's not the closest Home Depot to our house, but that is the one we prefer to go to.

Went on a misty Thursday morning at about 9:30am. Brought my coffee and found a very relaxed atmosphere to look through the fall perennials, and then look for the one obscure part I really came for. At that time of the morning, it was easy to find someone who brought me right to the saddle valve I was looking for in the plumbing dept. A great start to what I hope will be a productive day!

All the people that work at this store have always been very kind and helpful to me! They know there product, and share helpful ideas, when asked!

Nathan, the manager, Chris from flooring and Katie at the customer service counter were extremely helpful when navigating my complicated purchase with price discrepancies. I left the store very satisfied with service and how friendly they were.

They went above and beyond helped looking in the top of the racks for an item when no one else would in prior trips! No one complained about the extra work they were truly happy to help.

Wendy was friendly, efficient and funny. She was a delight! Excellent customer service in this day and age!

My husband and I went to Home Depot to pick up a few things. When we got to the garden center Dustin was there to help, a nice young man who was respectful kind and offered to help us out he was so genuine. Thank you Dustin and Dustin’s mom who raised such a wonderful young man I hope she is very proud. Doreen was also so helpful and kind at check out. They made the shopping trip enjoyable and such a positive experience. Thank you so much

Deanna and her team at McHenry store #1969 provided exceptional customer service for a big online order mess and they fixed it in a timely matter at the store level. She went above and beyond with not even asking.

Everytime I go into the store all associates greet me with a smile and acknowledge me. They will offer to take me to exactly what I am looking for and even offer advice if I ask. Each associate in every department seems to have a specialty in that apartment. Very nice for a DIYer. The store manager took time to help me one day when her associates were busy helping other customers! She looked and took me to exactly what I was looking for. We are all busy though I do not like roaming in big stores looking for what I need.

Bought a sump pump that burned out, even without the receipt or original credit card with me, Janell was able to call her supervisor and found a way to do an exchange and I got my flood at home under control. What an awesome store and crew, and great buisiness practices.

After being told by 3 employees that a floor item shows they had 3 boxed of the floor items out if stock, Gary came along and went out of his way and found the boxed items in a whole different isle and made sure u was a satisfied customer

My son and I simply came in to return items. As soon as we were greeted by Erin, the visit improved. She openly welcomed conversation with my 3 year old son, and talked TO him, not through me. Seeing my sons face light up because of her generosity was infinitely worth more than just returning some items. She deserves more than a lunch and a thank you. Erin was knowledgeable and prompt with the service, but then took time to offer my son a water and a wood project to build at home. Erin seems like a great asset to this location and deserves to be appreciated.

Bought a 12" ridgid miter saw and stand & love it

Christine at the McHenry store was great. She was very friendly and greeted me with a big smile at the checkout area and took care of ringing up my items quickly. It was nice to feel like a valued customer and begin my day with a smile.

I’ve been a believer in the McHenry Home Depot ever since we moved here. We built a home in the area in 2001 and have been visiting and REvisiting ever since!

I was in the store purchasing stuff for a project and had nothing but great help the whole time i was there.

She couldn't complete a simple return. Her fiance stands next to the customer service desk while she is on duty. He just stares and intimidates.

I love the plants I bought for an open spot in my garden. Better yet, they were on sale. Cherry on the top was the garden center employee Wendy who went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Wendy was very friendly and helpful!
