In the lumber department; never enough help, rude employees, inaccurate cuts and excessive wait times to finally get help. It’s a difficult job, but should not take it out on the customers.

Found what I needed online, which listed six available in store. Arrived and found there were none. Happens quite frequently. HD has a terrible inventory management system.

i grew up the Meadowview area and have always preferred going to Home Depot instead of the 'other' store. The employees have not changed -always displaying a pleasant cheerful disposition.

This store is conveniently close to my home so I it is easier to purchase small items. I only wished they would go back to selling higher end products as HD did many years ago. I want to remodel my kitchen but the selection for cupboards and counter tops is very limited and cheap.

The staff is friendly and show skill and knowledge in helping me find what I need in this huge store. This is why I go back.

I'l a handyman performing jobs for my neighbors and this is my local Depot. Every time I go in to get material for my jobs there's always someone offering to help me and make me feel at home. Plus I like that they brought back the complimentary coffee at the Pro checkout (reg and decaf for my half n half) :)

He truly goes above and beyond where he can for customers. I seen him offer just as much to the person he was helping before me. He offered to push my super heavy cart out to the car when there were high heats. He would not load it due to concern of scratching which was fine and understandable as I did get it in the cart by myself

I went to Home Depot to buy bender board. I had already used several rolls but was a little short and needed another. The web site showed 23 in stock. There were 0 in the store. Even the employees who tried to help were unable to locate these 23 that were in stock. Rather than finding a solution they suggested I go to another store… like I have nothing better to do than drive around all day visiting Home Depot. I will be forced to order online, probably not from Home Depot.

Took great care of my needs and great prices! I am so grateful to have them so close by and for the great service, merchandise and prices! They are doing great things here!

I enjoy shopping at home Depot. There are all sorts of projects that I have at home and that I perform for others and home Depot is a critical resource for me for materials and expertise on items where I need assistance.

I am in the process of remodeling 2 homes and have been going to Home Depot a lot lately. I have had horrible service at a few of the stores closer to me but every time I’ve gone to the Meadowview store, I have had a positive experience. It has gotten to the point that I will just drive a little bit more now to go to this store vs others. This store has better team members than any of its stores and that makes a huge difference

I am currently renovating my home and adding an outdoor kitchen. My go-to source for materials is the Meadow View Home Depot in Sacramento, California. While the morning shifts are well-staffed, I have noticed that the evening shifts are often understaffed, making it challenging to find the necessary parts. However, I must commend Mr. Nickel, who works in the Plumbing department, for his exceptional service. His professionalism and dedication to helping me locate the appropriate parts have been greatly appreciated. Thank you, Mr. Nickel!

Shoe Store is clean and neat and well organized and easy to find what you need or want. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable and friendly to help and work with your needs. Super store in all departments.

We frequent this store and lines are always long. It’s very difficult to find someone to help us and they’ve given us wrong information several times. Also, your computer systems are always not working or at least that’s the staff’s excuses. Staff priority is chatting with each other and ignoring customers in line.

I’ve been shopping at this Home Depot for years. Very clean all over. Love the garden, Billy Ray is the go to guy out there. He’s even helped me out in other departments.

Love this store I come here all the time and just wanted to share that cashier Khine is amazing I was having trouble paying with my debit card and thanks to her she made it happen she is very respectful, patient and professional

To day I had the best service today, I was greeted by good customer service and helped take the time to show me where things are at and even help carry it out too.

All the employees were really friendly and helpful. This is my go to shop store.

Great store. We love this Meadowview sore. Ariyana was our sales associate in getting new oven with many options.

We all dread a trip to Home Depot we can admit it.. but if you come to this location and happen to run into laureate I promise it’ll make it a better trip! He was very helpful and kind and made me feel more confident about the project I’m doing. I’m very grateful!
