That particular model was discontinued by the manufacturer The Pro Account Sales Associate went the extra mile to search for vinyl plank flooring that matched closely. Yay! I count on Home Depot experts who extend themselves with great customer care and high quality product lines

Bryant in the appliances dept helped me with my appliances , i give him a 10/10. His humble, and answers questions to the best. Will not go to another store for appliances but this one.

I love this Home Depot on the pike. Always my go to HD. I love the way it’s set up, staff is friendly and makes me feel welcomed when I walk in. Puts me in a good mood. The only complaint I have is this store NEEDS tap pay. With all the new construction going in around it. Up and coming technology needs to be used here. It will make check out much faster, smoother, and less of a headache. Self checkout even faster now. No need to worry about forgetting your wallet in the car or at home. Almost everyone has their phone glued to them. Add tap pay and I’m sure more people will buy things. I for sure will spend more money there! Btw this store gets 5 stars once TAP pay is added

Pam in the door department found the perfect door for me, and thoroughly explained everything in my door contract. she is knowledgeable, friendly, and totally focused on a customer’s needs. If you need to shop for plumbing supplies and are not a plumber, Fred in plumbing is the best! Fred is extremely knowledgeable, very courteous, and anxious to help. He can cut your shopping time by 75% and if you have questions, he knows the right parts to use for the given application.

I have bought many supplies over the years at Home Depot from electrical to Plumbing, paint and garden, etc. I also own many of the RYOBI Cordless product to the point I almost can go to the store without adding something new to my collection.

Staff is rude and disrespectful if you can find them.

As i am a handy person around my house. I engage in various projects. The Mechanicsburg, PA store has always had associates in every department, I was shopping in for projects around my house. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I am always thanked forn my military service.

We had Nick in the contractor desk take care of us a few times recently while purchasing deck materials. He was friendly and very helpful. Everyone we have dealt with at The Home Depot have been a great help to us when needed.

Shopping for a washing machine, thanks to the appliance specialist - found just the one at a great price and free delivery/installation.

Went to get 2 items and couldn’t pay for my items! No human cashiers only self checkouts with atleast 10 customers in line and 1 or the 4 self checkouts went out of order. The employee watching the self check outs called for help 3-4 times until finally someone came to help her! 2 floor employees were nice and helped me find what I needed.

Love coming here. People are always friendly and helpful. 99.9% of the time have what I'm looking for. Thanks

You order Halloween decorations and when they don’t work or defective you can’t order another one or have one transferred from another store. You pay almost 300 dollars for a decoration you expect the thing to work.

They addressed honororing a competitor's with no hastle and in a very professional mannor. Very pleased.
