I was able to find my items easily. The cashier was friendly and efficient.

I had examples of the items i needed to get replaced. The man in hardware was so helpful, i must have looked lost because he knew i needed help. He found the type of screw i needed and even helped me make sure the other item i needed was right. The cashier at check out was so nice. I noticed before we went to check she was making sure that her checkout was stocked with items. An employee keeping busy even when no customer to help is an A++++ to any company.

Shopping for exterior doors. The associate was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Walked up to the register with me to assist my checkout as a product I was purchasing was discounted. The associate wanted to make sure that I was charged the correct price. Wouldn't shop any where else.

The store associate was extremely helpful with my purchase of 5 appliances for my new kitchen. He knew a lot about the items and share personal opinion.

Since we came in knowing what we were looking for it was easy breazy getting what we came for. The selection was good, items in stock and were in and out in pretty good time!

I went in for lightbulb so to replace on my son's little time desk and they were so easy to find. I was in and out with 3 kids with the help of self checkout.

This is a great store. They have everything you need and is easy to find

I had been shopping around for a new gas range and overhead microwave oven. I found exactly what I wanted at the best price at Home Depot. In addition, their generous delivery and installation policy saved me more than $200 over other places I'd shopped. Finally, the store associate who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I'm surprisingly happy with the experience and will drive a little further to take my business to Home Depot from now on.

The Mentor Home Depot is always such a pleasure to visit. The staff is so friendly and willing to help (especially the check-out staff) and the store is always so clean and rarely cluttered. Even on the weekends when the parking lot is packed it doesn't feel super busy.

My husband and I were looking for a specific carpet we had looked at last year. It had since been discontinued but the associate went above and beyond and contacted the vendor and was able to special order it for us. We were very grateful.

I bought a tool chest combo for a Christmas gift which was broken. Upon return I was not given help to unload and was told I would not be given the same price I paid for a new one. Upon getting upset they gave me the run around and the gave me said price. Bottom line... Go to chardon.
