Awesome customer service and that is what I like about the store

Overall is a great store

I love the mentor Home Depot. It is always clean and orderly. The associates are friendly. And always help with advice for a project. They even help carry product to car and put in car for me. Just wonderful customer service.

This store just can’t get it right. A lot of hellos but no help! For years. Don’t bother. There are other choices. Try a real lumberyard you’ll be amazed at what good service really is

Overall a okay experience. Called and was put on hold for 15 minutes. If you are in a rush, may be faster to drive to the location.

After shopping at the Mentor store for over twenty years, I've always found the associates helpful and I always find what I'm looking for.

Home Depot staff are always available and willing to help. Their installation people are the best. I have used other stores and got less than professional results.

Excellent help received from the employees! A bit of sage advice without telling me that I have to re-build the whole house! As a single woman homeowner, receiving help like that is invaluable!

Customer service is good, but wasn't expecting Home Depot to charge me an extra $300.00 on top of what I had already paid for new counter tops, because the employee forgot to add in measurements for the total. Home Depot did not even compensate me for their error. Very disappointing. Giving Home Depot a rating of three only because I was pleased with the customer service. Not pleased they didn't compensate me in some way like a discount of some sort.

MENTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK IS AN EMBARRASSMENT. I ordered online, a week later I received an email that my order was ready at the customer service desk, went 24 hours later to pick up my order. Employee talked down to me for not calling ahead, even after I showed her the email that indicated it was ready 24 hours ago and was located at the customer service desk and in no way did the email advise me to call ahead. She then told me it would be 10 minutes because it was buried in the back of the store somewhere, then paged me to the front desk (thanks for broadcasting my name to the entire store) and told me it would be at least an hour. Because I firmly told her I was NOT advised to call ahead in spite of her 'educating" me that I should have, she told me I was being difficult and not nice; she continued to insist on lecturing me in that I should have called ahead and she was very intent on driving home this point. I would have to return to the store again because it was not ready (not a big deal, stuff happens). But, she seemed very insistent on chastising me, that I in some way didn't follow some rule of calling ahead when again, I was not advised to call, I was emailed that it was ready. So, I planned to return, not a big deal and again, stuff happens and nothing is perfect. But when I walked away from the service desk to leave and was crossing the threshold about 50 feet away, she yelled "Have a wonderful day" in a very sarcastic tone. This was done loudly in front of customers and other employees behind the desk. This was an extreme embarrassment not only to me but to the customers and employees as well. About 2 minutes later, I went back in the store and asked for a refund on my prepaid order. There's no way I could come back and deal with your service desk after such childish, embarrassing employee behavior. She is an embarrassment to your store and to the Home Depot brand and because of her I will take my business elsewhere because she makes any customer interaction very uncomfortable. The Chardon location is light years ahead of the Mentor store and I will still go there whenever possible.

Regina is a spectacular associate. She had a great attitude and was fun to work with as she helped me place my online order.

What I especially appreciated about the store was that I was quickly able to find the products that I intended to purchase. Even better, they were all a made in America! Thank you home depot!

Plumbing supplies are not always in stock

Associates are knowledgeable, friendly and available to answer questions. The store always has product on hand and in sufficient quantities for my projects.

Generally store is good. Traffic situation is difficult & will impact further visits.

Cheryl within Customer Service was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had an order that required in-store purchases, special order items and items to be ordered from online and she knew the most efficient way to get this done. She was extremely professional and delightful to work with. Thank you Cheryl!

I Had a Excellent experience today. Regina went over and beyond to help find the item i was returning.I was very surprised that she would keep on trying to locate the items i was returning. She finally found them and gave me a gift receipt for the total amount. Thanks again Regina for helping me.

very friendly place with Home Depot associates always willing to assist with your questions. A great shopping environment. Store was clean, had plenty of needed items in stock.

I shop at the Mentor Home Depot regularly. Sometimes more than others as projects come up. It is always a pleasant experience. In the past two weeks I have been in this store almost everyday. Sometimes multiple times daily. I have had the most experience with the customer service team at the entrance of the store. Ive had special orders, returns and installation quotes among my usual purchases. Everyone is professional, friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Loli and Ester are awesome and fun. And although I have had great success with the whole team, those two young ladies stand out as bright spots in my recent experiences in this store. And on the floor, Meg was wonderful in exceeding my expectations today. Which is why I went out of my way to write this review tonight. I am a former Home Depot employee and I know that the people I speak of in this review, are the vert essence of what HD wants ALL its employees to be .

This store is great. The employees here are very helpful and knowledgeable.

This store seems to do good most of the time but occasionally they drop the ball like price tagging items on the freestanding displays. Also running out of furnace filters in February seems very odd considering all the computer forecasting etc. Funny how they had the very high end ones but middle of the road shelves were bare.

The store was above and beyond expectations. Received a ton of help from making paint to buying cacti. They sold me on a lot of things I wouldn’t have otherwise gotten, but it was a good thing because now I have some pretty plants! Best experience I’ve ever had

Cashier Regina was very helpful and friendly took care of all our needs

The Mentor store is always clean and well stocked, associates are available in the aisles and knowledgeable. I enjoy the shopping experience and would recommend stopping in for any DIY project or to find the latest appliances or tools.

I like the greeters we meet when walking into store in addition to the salesperson who gave us excellent service.
