The cost is twice what it would cost from a nursery. The quality is by far better anywhere else. Go ahead and just bury your money and you will by far come out with a better product.

Manger refused to sell mark down toilet seat . Is it really??? They marked down a price and said o sorry we can’t sell for that much . Unbelievable and rude comments from him made me just leave the store .

As a new homeowner in Kuna, I have had the opportunity many times to shop in your facility and find this Meridian store very conveniently located. Also the people there are consistently exceptionally pleasant and helpful!!

I go out of my way, bypassing the closer competitor because of your service, manned or womaned check-outs fewer self check-outs. Self checkouts cost people jobs, and people need jobs

Came in to purchase new doors for home. Had to order 1 of 2, the employees jumped right in set delivery up x 2 guided us through everything. The door employees were fantastic, will be back need french doors for rear of house and you carry in stock.

Whenever I ask for help, they are very kind and helpful and let me know where I’m going to find what I’m looking for and they always have a good attitude. Reading is a great city and the manager is absolutely awesome. He works hard to take good care of all of the employees as well as customers.

I came out to pick up an online order. The customer service person had nobody at the counter, yet ignored me for a couple of minutes before finally realizing that I wasn’t going away. I would have gone to somebody else, but she was the only person available. Once she did finally help, she left the desk to pick up my order. Shortly after, other employees showed up behind the customer service desk. They also did not offer assistance, which was fine as I was being helped. However, they would not have seen that as they were not present when I was speaking with the customer service person. I will gladly give my business to competitors in the future.

We purchased 2 Everbilt expandable chain link gate kits. Did not notice until we got home that one box had been opened & taped shut. The chain link inside the kit was damaged. Someone had opened it, returned it, and then it was re-shelved. So FRUSTRATED with this purchase. Why would you re-sell a damaged item at full price with no disclosure? It wasn't even discounted. UNACCEPTABLE.

I was just in this home Depot and the lady Joy over in the garden department is absolutely horrifying. She was extremely rude and made it a point to let me know I was bothering her. I continued my shopping even after dealing with her and I ended up getting helped by a gentleman Tim and I'm not sure the other guys name. When I spoke with management RJ and Chris they were absolutely amazing and completely understand and listened to my issues. Because of them I will be back.

This store is well stocked with very helpful employees. The item I needed was damaged so Dan gave me $25 discount. I had been to 5 stores prior looking for what I needed and was willing to take the discount and get started withy project.

everything is at the highest level

We wanted to match a houseplant in our front room to make it symentrical. Home Depot not only HAD the exact plant but so many more varieties of healthy beautiful plants potted and starters that you could pot yourself. I want to come back and buy more plants to keep my plants at home company.

I went in close to closing and saw an entire kitchen cabinet line was on clearance, I was able to get cabinets for my kitchen remodel at a great price unfortunately I had 60 minutes to get 18 cabinets some from upper shelved onto carts and purchased, the employees helped get all the cabinets I needed loaded and checked out right as closing, RJ actually help0ed me load up the final cabinets on his way out the store, the employees went above and beyond expectations throughout the visit.

I went into our local Home Depot to purchase some power tools and hand tools as a birthday gift for my husband! He loves the items I purchased. They were not only a great deal, but have realistic warranty coverage and were easy to locate within the store.

We found things we were looking for that an other store did not have.

By far my favorite Home Depot. Mostly for the staff but also for the location. I hope the construction in the back is finished soon! I keep forgetting and have to go around!
