I needed to make an exchange. Sue at the return counter is exactly the kind of employee I would want to hire if I were a business owner. She is always friendly, courteous, and she has a smile in her voice. You can teach employees to smile, but they either like helping others or they don't, and you can always tell by the smile in their voice. I know this is genuine because she has helped me on other occasions. She is definitely a keeper. I am an ex-marketing manager with the largest municipal utility in the nation and I had responsibility for sales as well.

The women in the paint department were positive, friendly and very helpful. Cashiers were also accessible, available and approachable.

I like this store because its close to my house and everyone I've come in contact with has been helpful.

I always find this store to be clean, organized and the associates to be very helpful and friendly. If I have a project I need help with, I always get the answers I need to complete it. Very nice employees at this location.

I an almost always able to find what I need but found they need to stock carbs for Briggs and Stratton and also carb kits

I HAVE VISITED THIS STORE MANY TIMES AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICE. THE PRICES ARE VERY GOOD AND YOU ALWAYS HAVE WHAT I WANT IN STOCK. ALSO LIKE THE SELF SERVICE CHECK OUT. STORE IS CLOSE TO US AND ALTHOUGH THERE IS A LOWE'S CLOSE WE PREFER HOME DEPOT

Carla Howard solved my frustration immediately and found my 9 door handles and completed my order via phone in record time. I was in McCall and needed these door handles the next day to complete a project. The Eagle ID store was extremely frustrating to work with and with Carla's professionalism I will use the Meridian store for all my on-line orders in the future!! The handles are perfect and Carla is too!

In the past I went to the other home store in Meridian but I have found that the quality and the price of the products at Home Depot are much better. It is much easier to find assistance at the Home Depot.

I always find what I need and the prices are good.

My trips the the Meridian Home Depot are always successful. Although at times I take it upon myself to pick my products and end up returning to the store, the associates are always good to direct me to what I should have bought the first time had I asked them for help :)

The employees are always ready to help you. Like the door greater, he always has a smile on with his cowboy hat.

I have found that the quality and price of lumber at Home Depot to be much better that that of the other home center. Finding assistances is also much better than the other home center. Home Depot has more of every thing that I need from a home center.

This is a great store with wonderful selection - but bring a friend if your buy heavy items; they only help load about 25% of the time

Although it is difficult, the gardening section was clean and very organized. The sales associate was very pleasant when she assisted me.

Love this store, I actually prefer to go to this home depot vs the one that is literally 5 minutes from my house.

It took a while to find someone, but Brian was incredibly helpful and creative in solutions for my rather odd problem. I recommend the store based on the quality of his service.

A big thanks to Dee in electrical for helping me with my electrical oven conduit project. Nice that a big box store gives acuracte and individual attention to its customers.
