Visiting the Home Depot website gave me information and ideas that I was not aware of. I spoke with the associate and asked for his opinion. He answered honestly and was a great help.

We came in to buy a hanging clothes pole for my renovated laundry room. Found suitable options but then walked around to end cap and found a bonanza of great choices! Next, needed to look at toilet "guts" for a circa 1950 toilet. Could not find the exact thing needed. An associate asked if we needed assistance. He suggested several things to try before purchasing the whole repair kit. Very knowledgeable.

Like the availability of Home Depot store locations in the KC metro area. Store associates always go the "extra mile" to assist.

I new what I wanted and didn't need the extras witin 25 minutes I had my receipt and ready to pay.and I was done,consider this don't need extras don't buy them it will only add and if you don't know what the helper is asking please ask him what it is a part of.thanks.

The store associate knew his paint and was able to quickly answer my questions. Once we figured out what I needed, he had my paint ready in no time at all.

I needed new flourescent light "bulbs" for the office and it's incredibly confusing the way they're labelled by the manufacturer. I asked for help from an Associate and she was great. She was very knowledgeable and patient. I got the right "bulbs" that matched what we had. Good lighting at a good price and she took away my frustration.

I am a weekly, if not daily, shopper of Home Depot. This is not my usual store, but I stopped there to find a plant that the other store had sold out of. The lack of knowledge and the lack of helpfulness of the checker in the garden area made me leave this store and not purchase what I needed.

I needed landscaping tiles, and related items and received excellent support.

Scott was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took a lot of time to answer my questions as well as my sons. He was very friendly and made our experience a great one. I would highly recommend this store.

First time buying granite countertops. The associate, Jenni Norton, was EXCELLENT. Took time to look at ,multiple samples, try coordinating cablnet colors, and review the process. Can't say enough good about this associate.

I dashed in about 15 minutes before close right before the holiday weekend, and ran back to appliances searching for a deal. Instead of avoiding me or going the opposite direction; Barney addressed me and asked what he could do to help. I asked a couple of questions regarding different models and he was knowledgable. Then I just asked him what the best deal was for my needs and he pointed out the refrigerator I ended up purchasing. We also discussed the great holiday pricing on the washer & dryers and he informed me about the 24 month 0% financing with a Home Depot card. By then the rest of the store was closed so I hesitated because I didn't want to keep him late. He made getting the card simple and did not treat me like a burden and I am very happy the prices on the products I have ordered for delivery.

Store Clerk was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean.

No complaints at all except some of the signage is misleading/ wrong (aisle markers).

The store is well organized and easy to find the item I was looking for.

I wanted a specific plant for outside and asked an employee. He had no idea what I was talking about. Several male employees just standing around talking to each other about personal things (I overheard). Pallets and plants in isles, could not even get through places. Lastly, I asked one employee if a specific plant was an annual or perennial? They had no idea. It was a lavender plant without information. This is just, part of my visit. I love Home Depot, but this cannot continue if you want my business.

I came in late with a desparate need to find something. I was directed to Mike (possibly a manager) who used every tool he had available to see if the obscure thing I was looking for was in the store, and where it would be. We found it, after walking the whole store. He could have sent me home as the store was closing; instead he went the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed. He was a great help.

Being 81 yrs old and buying a lawnmower for the first time in my life..i needed some help. As my resources are limited, i was looking for a n inexpensive good mower..The associate that helped me had grey hair..so was a little older than most of the associates...The mower i saw on-line for $169.00 was not available or sold out.. Then we saw a reconditioned Lawn Boy...for the same price!!!! Hooray...When i got it home..only had to add gas..as oil was already in it...Started up right away....YEAH!!! was fun cutting the grass...

I am a first time home owner. I go to school and work full time. Home Depot has always been a quick and easy stop for myself as well as my family.

As a business owner I use this store every chance I get because of the superior competence at the contractor checkout. I spend less time in the store and have less frustration because the people you have here are so efficient and accommodating. I go to many different locations depending on where I am working but this store surpasses them all in this regard.

They had exactly what I was needing at the moment.

We stopped in at the store late Monday evening to look for some rose bushes. We arrived about 7:30 to find the garden section register and entrance closed. There were also pallets of paint stacked in the aisle where garden hose and accessories were displayed. A store associate saw me looking and asked if I needed a pallet or more moved so I could see. I said that was not necessary, since I was not really shopping for those products. She heard my wife mention a couple other items we needed and made sure those aisles were accessible, moving store equipment to allow us access. I have done a lot of business at various Home Depot stores(had a small remodeling business for several years) and so am used to ware house store delays. The lady who helped us was quite pleasant and made sure we could see whatever we needed.

The store was clean everything was easy to find associates were there to help you if you need something great store.

Quick in and out, product was in stock and easy to locate. Price was clearly marked.

The Merriam store is set up reverse of all the other HD's in the Metro. When I was using most of the HD locations in the Metro(depending on job location, I soon found myself lost in this store. But, it only took a few visits to orient myself due to the well accessed signage. Very seldom do I go to the Merriam store and not find what I want. In the rare occasions that happens, store staff are very happy to call nearby stores to locate the product.
