The store had just what I needed, the employees were very polite and helpful. The store was very clean.

I am in the process of remodeling my kitchen and am so glad I ran across Krissy Tutino in the Appliance Dept. She was extremely friendly and Very knowledgeable about the product lines. We spent a few hours together looking products, specs and talking about design. It was an enjoyable experience and I never felt rushed to just make a sale. She enlisted the help of Bridgette to ensure I got all of the discounts available to me. So if you want a pleasant and knowledgeable associate Home Depot go see Krissy!

The employee “Fin” was perfect, helped me find a very specific product to what I was looking for…I talked with another employee but did not get his name, but he knew exactly where the product was I needed…thank you.

Over the past 12 years this particular Home Depot store exhibits the best customer service that I have ever had at any Home Depot. The staff is very nice, very polite, and very helpful. Every time! This store is extremely well run from my perspective. I run a business that does about 50 million a year in sales and i know good customer service when I see it!

Lady took our order for the refrigerator told us that it would be delivered on Wednesday put the wrong phone number on the order so now we have to wait till this week and so far today on Monday when they’re supposed to call no one is called to tell us when they’re delivering tomorrow on Tuesday

You'll need to park in the next suburb for this store as ask the closest parking spots are taken up by rental equipment and garden soil and broken trolleys.

You have to hunt to find an employee to help you find items.

We paid over $1000 for a washing machine would like to leave with it, but the only ones you have in stock are the cheapo’s then you force people to special order a washing machine and charge him a delivery fee. Don’t think that’s fair.

I buy about everything for my house from HD on Merritt Island. Spent a lot of $ on Behr oil based paint for my house. It looks great ! (Hand painted). People are knowledge and helpful.

I purchased a new handle for the door that leads from the garage into the house. I found what I needed and wanted to ask an employee in that department to verify that it was indeed the correct item. Both employees were busy with other customers and did not acknowledge me. However, one of the customers was able to assure me that the handle I had chosen would be correct and not difficult to install. When I got home, I took the door handle assembly out of the box and saw that it was not the door handle that was shown on the box. Not even close. I had to go back to the store and exchange the item.

I needed paint and the employees are great BUT I really don't like that my only option was self checkout with no offer to help with heavy items.

IT SUCKS TO HAVE TO DRIVE OVER TO MERRITT ISLAND. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO BUILD A STORE IN COCOA LIKE YOU WERE GOING TO?

Your store check out process is horrible. The isles always have inventory in the way making it impossible to either get through the isle or get to what you need. Forget finding someone to help you

Asst manager, Bridgett, was rude, informed customer that he should read the installation instructions, that your service people were installing, and hung up on customer. If that is your idea of quality customer service, she has none. She needs more training or a different job away from people.

Looked online for new sink and fixtures for my bathroom. But I prefer to see them in person before purchasing. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman. Who help me get everything I needed for my project. He took his time and I received everything I needed for my project.

I went to buy a cedar board and the app showed that they had 26 of them in stock. They were not on the floor. They were in a bunk about 15 ft up in the air on the shelf. I asked for help to get one down and I was told that nobody was qualified to operate a forklift in the store because they had a call out. Kind of hard to believe they only have one forklift qualified person in the store and they called out but okay. A helpful employee told me that they would get one taken down that night and put on roll call for me at 6:00 the next morning. I went to pick it up about 9:15 and it was still in the bunk. There was not one available on the floor. I approached several employees and was ignored. I finally went to the returns desk and they told me I had to go to the pro desk which I had already been to and could not get any help. They finally contacted the lumber manager or supervisor and told me they didn't know how long I was going to have to wait to get the board. I had already waited overnight and by this time I had already spent 45 minutes in the store. They had plenty of longer boards available and I said I will just take one of those if I could get it at the same price. She offered to do that which I appreciated. But I still would like to talk to the manager. Apparently the manager was too busy to talk to a customer. After being in the store almost an hour, the lumber manager who I tried to get help from previously brought the board up to the returns desk. It is very frustrating getting help at the store from the floor employees. The cashiers and returns desk are very helpful and I appreciate them.
